When you download the app open it and click MTK settings...then scroll side ways to hardware...once u get to hardware testing. Scroll down to USB, then click...you'll see different uSB tests..select USB IF then you'll see some buttons..START AND STOP buttons

Click the first Start button or any of em after plugging your charger or before plugging it in....my memory of the process is still a bit hazy...

It may be a software issue.

Always enable and see if it'll charge. If it does, continue with the phone like that.

If not, Save all your data on the phone on a laptop, memory card or hard drive (back up) and then format or flash your phone.

If that doesn't work, take it to a carlcare office. Them go bill you sha.

It wouldn't charge still after formatting like twice.

Check your charging port connector...could be bent or having some particles which. Prevents full contact..if so clean it well....or try a different cable, or charger..

I have tried several chargers and it's the same, the charging port connector doesn't look bent. It's only charging when switched off

Good morning guyz, my infinix note 4 isn't charging when switched on but charging when switched off and I think it has to to do with this OTG connection popping up every now and then. How can I rectify this please. Thanks.
