Acquisition Agent:
• Must be a graduate of law or economics, female and not more than 25 years old, with 2-5years experience in real estate brokerage and investment
• Must be able to identify, source and collate asset and match with client requirements
• Must be able to conduct viewings, handle negotiations, facilitate exchange of contracts and all transactional documents and coordinate the closing process
• Must be able to liaise with external service providers i.e. lawyers, co-agents, mortgage companies etc to assist with the acquisition process
• Must be forward and fast-thinking with sound use of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have experience in the real estate sector
• Must have a good Knowledge of legal framework in real estate acquisition.
• Must have Good communication (both written and oral) and numeracy skills

2. Syndication Coordinator
• Must be a graduate of Economics or Finance, male and not more than 28 years old with 2-5years experience in asset investment environment.
• Must have experience in the real estate sector
• Must be able to aggregate/source funds from prospective syndicate members for purpose of investing in the real estate sector.
• Must have good financial planning, risk management, cash flow analysis, revenue projections skills. Must be able to design financial models suited to each syndicate and asset type.
• Must have good presentation and communication skills, must be client centric with a sales mindset.
• Must be able to manage people and portfolio in designated syndicates
• Must have overall coordination and management skills.
