One thing i know about this pilot is that it does not require any proof of fund. It is actually the only immigration work permit pilot with NO PROOF OF FUND.
However, you need the following things:

1) Canadian styled Resume with a Canadian Phone Number
2) LinkedIn account with a professional profile picture

4) IELTS Exam with at least 5 Band Score (#75k)
5) Qualification assessment with WES(Canada)(#65K)

I asked the question at BC Abuja office and yes someone can do that for you but he/she needs to come with your report.

If you guys are talking about sending certificates to WES then I don't think you need to spend any money. You can fax them using Hellofax.com. I merged both my certificates into one PDF file and sent them to WES same with my wife's and they were both accepted. Just register on the website and follow the instructions use the signature tab to input your reference number and send accordingly. WES fax no. +14169729004

No we are talking about transcript not certificate, I sent mine through hellofax.

You can send a scanned copy (colored) to someone in Canada if you have any then ask them to print out, address the envelope with your WES reference nimber and send to WES.

My dear, I don't think this is right. You are not supposed to open the envelope, go to wes website and see what's obtainable. We may have to send them separately, this will cost extra 10-15k because of courier. God help us

To avoid delay, make sure you send the OND transcript and certificate as well because he got his BA through direct entry and as such, there won’t be 100 level results. The OND certificate and transcripts will show up as his qualification before BA. In addition, assessing his ND will give you 32 points if he’s the PA on the CRS as Two or more certificates. I am also in the same position and I requested for both transcripts... Still waiting for them to be sent out.

That means I have to cough up additional 4000CAD according to CIC requirement. I want to know so I can decide whether to change her to non-accompanying.

Nop. There is no issue with that. You can just walk in to your bank to request for masters card too if you want so that your hat refund can also be credited back to your account when the time comes.

If you have First Bank or GT bank card, you can use it to make WES payments.

Hello E-Fam, I need your help please, I was trying to pay for Wes, tried using my visa card but it didnt work and asked me to contact my bank which was Diamond bank, I called them instantly and they said there are restrictions for international transactions using naira card.

Please did you guys have same issue, if yes how did you solve it or does it have to do with the bank? Someone help

Hello all, I have applied for my Ielts with British Council and will be writing by April. I have my statement of result, applied to get certificate from my school since January but the certificate isn't ready yet. I want to start my result evaluation with Wes but I'm not sure if I can use my statement of result since cert is not ready yet. Has anyone done eca with statement of result?

Please does anyone have materials especially on ielts reading, I'm tired of downloading fake files and burning data trying to read online.

I just checked and their fees are same with BC, but they have a closer date available (March 24) which is very tempting to me. BC has no free dates till April.

Why don't you register with British Council and have rest of mind. Most of those MOD centres don't use headphones for the listening section. They usually play the audio from the speakers and it has a way of affecting one's performance.

Another downside is that their cost of EOR is quite expensive compared to BC- circa 40k+ against 15k for BC.

Thanks dear, I sha wanted to use them because they're new in town and less people know about them, talking about the speakers, people who have used them said they got better scores, I guess with less people it might be fair. I don't know if they are licensed by ircc and if I can use the result for express entry.
