Fashion / Lemon Juice For Dark Elbows by juliaangelis: 7:31am On Jan 05, 2015
Lemon juice contains citric acid which is a natural bleaching agent. Therefore, applying lemon juice to elbows can help to lighten the skin. To use: Cut a large lemon in half. Squeeze out some of the juice from both halves so that you have two hollow halves or "cups". Rub each lemon cup on your elbows. You can rub away any excess pulp, but don't wash your elbows for about 3 hours. This gives the lemon juice time to sink in. Wash off the lemon juice with some warm water. As lemon juice can be drying, you should moisturize the area with petroleum jelly. Repeat this everyday until the dark skin begins to fade. You should see a significant difference within a couple of weeks.

For most people, pure coconut oil is all that is needed for moisturizing the face. It is naturally full of collagen supporting lauric acid and is easily absorbed by the skin. Even for oily and acne prone skin, coconut oil’s natural anti-bacterial properties make it a great option.

Apply a facial mask at least twice a month to rejuvenate your skin. Choose natural facial mask or facial mask does not contain any harsh substances or chemicals. I also love to use anti-aging facial mask with carrot seed and coconut oil. These two ingredients are known for its anti-aging benefits.
Health / Re: Effective Ways Of Overcoming Menstrual Pain by juliaangelis: 10:38am On Dec 01, 2014
Ginger tea or brew can relieve menstrual cramp and headache. I used to drink ginger tea and it cures headache and cramps. It is very effective for me. If you’re having cramps, warm or hot water works best as it increases blood flow to the skin, helping relax cramped muscles. Have a tall glass when you begin to feel pain.

Fashion / Apple Cider Vinegar by juliaangelis: 10:33am On Dec 01, 2014
Apple cider vinegar can help to improve your acne and reduce the oil on your skin's surface. By using 10% vinegar to 90% water dabbed on the face 2-3 times a day, or after washing, you should see an improvement in redness, flaking, and additional breakouts. The solution will help balance skin PH, dissolve unwanted oil, provide an antiseptic, improves scarring, and aids in the circulation that will help flush toxins from the skin.

The aloe vera plant contains malic acid that helps reduce wrinkles by improving the elasticity of your skin. Simply cut an aloe vera leaf from the plant and extract its gel. Apply the fresh gel onto your skin and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water.
