That "police report" doctors request for before treating a gunshot victim is one of the many things that show one is living in a stupid country (or more aptly, jungle). Those idiots called Nigerian doctors don't even know why they're called doctors. No need to complain about the police. Stupidity is their default mode.

According to our constitution now, police report is no longer needed. Any hospital wey no comply with immediate treatment do whatever you wish Including but not limited to suing them to court.
