@Afam4eva and @Vanessa225
You still have till Monday, to answer the only e-justice (@justiceEquity) or face the rot of the law.

The name Vanessa sound feminine and Afam sound masculine.

I presume @Vanessa225 probably rejected @Afam4eva request for a date or a proposal, this action doesn't go down well with @Afam4eva and he decides to attack @Vanessa225.
grin grin
Both of you can't be playing on out intelligence in this community, it is unacceptable.

Thanks to @betahost247 for sharing some information.

I was more surprised that that
@Afam4eva didn't accuse @betahost247
the way he accused his girlfriend @Vanessa225.

The girlfriend may also be doing something sinister because she ran away....

I am giving both of you the opportunity to respond, else i will Dazukilize both of you.. grin grin

Afam4eva:

He/She is not looking for a Nigerian hosting company. It's just a guise to advertise a hosting company that the Op owns or works for.

Where are the mods pls.

Hmmmmmmm...
@Afam4eva... I think you need to teach me, this your skills of smoking out the minds of OPs.

We will use a dual judicial method to resolve this issue.

Dual judicial method
1. The American method compels a defendant to present evidence and prove that plaintiff was wrong and deserves to be unacquainted .
2. The Nigeria method dictates that a plaintiff must prove the defendant wrong and deserves to be jailed

1. I hereby serve @Vanessa225 a letter, requesting the accused to accept or deny the charges by the plaintiff (sergeant, @Afam4eva).

2. I hereby serve @Afam4eva a letter, to present the evidence confirming that @Vanessa225 surreptitiously advertised a company on this forum.

Your time starts now !!!!

I give both plaintiff and defendant 3 days to respond, or loose their Mavro.. ( grin grin grin grin grin grin grin)

I am the first e-judge, i don't take bride. I am not (fill in the gap)...

There are other ways to advertise your hosting company without being criminal about it. I think you deserve a ban to serve as a deterrent to others. What nonsense.

grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin
@Vanessa225..... Are you a learner... grin grin. If you are advertising your company, then it's unfair to this community. You need to pay.

To me, it doesn't look like an advert.

I don't know that Nairaland now has phD. police officers @Afam4eva preempting people's opinion.
@Afam4eva, i think your suggestion is not fair enough.

@Vanessa225

I have hosted with these Nigerian companies in the past.
@whogohost.com
@HostSleek.com
and I recently heard about mainone hosting.

There are couple of foreign companies too, but now that CBN and Banks are keeping dollar away...
it may be wise to host locally.
But don't choose cost over reliability.

It's not wrong.. It's your personal discretion or choice to do so.
A few rules should be followed, to make you enjoy you decision:
1. Never Tell it to a family or friend.
2. Never make it a duty.
3. Do it Occasionaly and not regularly.
Reason for 3.
If you make a duty, your wife/girl may abuse it, which is most likely ro annoy you.
4. Be sure she licks the lolly pop as well. That balances the consistency equation.

Most people lie about there intentions from the onset of a relationship.. So, after deceitful conducts, they become shameful but rather pretend they owe no body an explanation of their actions. So they keep silent and just walk away from the relationship.
Walking away without reason might not be d best in most cases.. sometimes, there are issues that you don't' dare talk about, because of its volatility, nevertheless you should still be able to comeup with your real reason for leaving.. Insome case you might be implicit with your explanations.

Crime / Watch Your Back, GEJ Awards $40M Contract To Israeli Company To Monitor You by JusticeEquity(m): 5:54pm On Apr 25, 2013
Jonathan Awards $40million Contract To
Israeli Company To Monitor Computer,
Internet Communication

Here is a very important information for the 47 million Nigerian Internet users. Big Brother, in the form of the Jonathan administration, is watching you, and your communication is no longer safe

It is one of the most far-reaching policies ever designed in Nigeria’s history to invade the privacy of citizens. The Jonathan administration secretly, and in open violation of lawful contracting procedures, has awarded an Israeli firm, Elbit Systems, with headquarters in Haifa, a $40million contract to help it spy on citizens’ computers and Internet communications under the guise of intelligence gathering and national security. Elbit announced the contract award Wednesday in a global press release but was silent on the Nigerian destination of the contract. Its general manager, Yehuda Vered, opaquely announced that “Elbit Systems will supply its Wise Intelligence Technology (WiT) system to an unnamed country in Africa under a new $40 million contract announced on 24 April… for Intelligence Analysis and Cyber Defense,” but effusively claimed, in the statement, that his company is “proud to be selected to supply this unique system, which is already field-proven, fully operational and customisable. “Elbit Systems is a world leader in the fields of intelligence analysis and cyber defense, with proven solutions highly suitable for countries, armies and critical infrastructure sites. We hope that additional customers will follow in selecting our highly advanced and cutting edge systems in these fields as their preferred solution,” Mr. Vered added. Multiple and very reliable sources in the administration confirmed to PREMIUM TIMES that Nigeria is indeed the “unnamed African country,” and with details from the Elbit statement, our sources say the contract will now help the Jonathan administration access all computers and read all email correspondences of citizens in what is clearly, an infringement on constitutionally guaranteed freedom of expression. No single policy of this administration has so far affected, in one fell swoop, the lives of 47 million citizens, a third of the Nigerian population and about four times the number of voters who brought the president to power two years ago. Nigerian netizens, the horde of active citizens that use the computer and Internet, are the 10th in a global ranking that make them 27 per cent of Africa’s total Internet users, far ahead of Egypt [19th global ranking] and South Africa [37th in global ranking]. The growth path of the Internet in Nigeria has also been dramatic, rising from a mere 200,000 Internet users in 2002 to 47 million this year, according to data from the Global Internet user, one of the Internet audit groups. This development has not always gladdened public officials in Nigeria many who have expressed open displeasure at the use of the Internet by social media activists and the power of its possibilities as an empowering medium for popular communication. The calls for regulation have been loud in both the administration and in the Nigerian legislature. The earliest hint that the Jonathan administration had desires to invade privacy of citizens surfaced ealy April when researchers at the Munk School for Global Affairs at the University of Toronto alerted the world that Nigeria, Egypt, and Kenya were deploying Internet surveillance and censorship technology developed by an American company, Blue Coat, which specializes in online security. Blue Coat’s technology will allow the government to invade the privacy of journalists, netizens and their sources. Its censorship devices use Deep Packet Inspection, DPI, a technology employed by many western Internet Service Providers, to manage network traffic and suppress unwanted connections. Civic groups kick against DPI because, they say, it makes it possible for censors to look into every single Internet Protocol packet and subject it to special treatment based on content (censored or banned words) or type (email, VoIP or BitTorrent Protocol). DPI not only threatens the principle of Net Neutrality and the privacy of users, civic groups say, it makes single users identifiable and, in countries that flout the rule of law and violate human rights, often exposes them to arbitrary imprisonment, violence or even torture. While details on the Blue Coat contract appears to have managed to evade scrutiny up till this point, PREMIUM TIMES sources say the Elbit annunciation of the contract, opaque as it was, terribly rattled top administration officials – from the presidency to the National Security Adviser’s Office, and the National Assembly. “The presidency had wanted this contract to be a top secret,” said one of our sources. “The presidency did not envisage that Elbit was going to make it public. Monitoring computers and Internet use is a contentious issue and the National Security Adviser had tried to keep the contract secret.”

Politics / Re: Buhari - No Difference Between Boko Haram And Niger Delta Militants by JusticeEquity(m): 11:45am On Apr 02, 2013
Bahari as a RT. Gen should be well knowledgeable on issues concerning security. I agree with the fact the insecurity is a major issue in the country. Insecurity in any part of the country does not just endanger lives and property but will also cause regression in Economic growth. His comment on how insurgency has handled by the government is on track.
BokoHARAM and Militancy in Nigeria both promote civil unrest, and are strongly condemned.
Comparing Militancy in Niger Delta with BokoHaram is a diversion from reality. The Niger Delta militancy is clearly not a political or religious fight, It was clear that they were sponsored my some greedy leaders in the Niger delta. We all know some of the leaders of the groups and what they fight for, though I am of total objection to the modes by which they had and have been carrying out their fight for emancipation, Gandhi & Luther King Jr have set precedence on fighting peaceful and intellectual war, both of them accomplished their objectives without violence.

On the other hand ,BokoHaram as acted as a political and ethno-religious extremist, It should be known that I'm not of the opinion that BokoHaram is a religious or ethnic setup; I so much believe that they have a higher political sentiment than ethno-religious interest. We don't know the BokoHaram leadership, We don't even have a clear understanding of what they fight for. Their mode of operations is strongly linked to that of a popular terrorists organization.
Buhari as leader should rather suggest how things can be done to stop BokoHaram activities, rather make such such comparison.

N.B Political Sentiment in this context does not represent a political party or groups of political parties. It represent a group of people with common interest, which is aimed at making sure they have a grip of 'Power' by all possible means. They are desperate for Power and want to do anything to get it..
Crime / Man Steals Puppy And Put It Inside His Pants (look>picture) by JusticeEquity(m): 11:12am On Apr 02, 2013
For many who thought Nigeria can not survive this harsh time, many who still think Nigeria is the worst country in the world, be progressive and be hopeful to see the day when things will be good in the country.
I believed that after these dark days, the Sun of Nigeria will shine.
Those those who affirmatively ring this bell ' IT IS ONLY IN NIGERIA THAT.....', I don't think something stupid as this ever happened in Nigeria

Read the story of a man who stole puppy and hid it inside his private part..
--------------------------------------------------------------
A surveillance camera in a pet store caught a robbery gone wrong. Two unmasked men walked into the Zoo-Rama pet store, in Long Island New York. Harsha Perera, the owner of Zoo-Rama, said that his son was in charge of the store the day that the robbery took place. One man spoke with the clerk distracting him away from the cash register, while the second man tried to open the computerized cash register. After 20 minutes and three failed attempts the robber gave up on getting cash, Instead he turned to the cage of the puppies, where he grabbed a Pomeranian puppy which is valued at $1,000 and stuffed the puppy down his pants. The adorable puppy did not go down without a fight, the puppy tried to jump out of his pants, so the man covered the puppy's head with his shirt and walked out of the store. The store owner Perera, is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the men's arrest. Police officers in Long Island have reviewed the security tape and they are asking the public to help identify the men who stole the puppy . If caught they may be charged with robbery and animal cruelty.

Controversies about Gayism and Lesbianism exists among believers. Since the Holy books can be dynamical twisted to favour personal interest; which may be contrary to the meaning. Advocates of Gayism and Lesbianism have always find ways to justify their conviction. Indeed, it might be annoying to Know a man or woman practicing Homosexuality.

Some People are so callous, why will you punish your maid with HOTWater? I do say it , Hot water bath is a simplified form of acid birth. The man has a committed great offences.
1. The child is not yet 18yrs, so it's child abuse to have a maid of that age..
2, It's an attempt to murder.
He should be properly prosecuted and get his share of punishment. I believe justice will prevail.
It is also important that the child be medically and properly taken care of, so as to reduce the effect of the attack suffered and to minimize it's consequence.

And to parent who feels the world needs surplus people, pls the number of people in the world is good for now, so when need be, you will be contacted. Pls, give birth to the number of children you can takecare of.

DON'T Be FOOLED IT'S April Fool Day >> History Of The Famous April Fool

I was wondering if I would have to turn off my internet access cos I don't want to see some irritating tricky news. I know it's April'1 and many people will want to trick others. I advice you, don't be gullible into believing all news posted before noon today, cos most of them will be false/fake , And for those sending out tricky news, please don't kill others with your trick, I beg ooo

I found a short history of April fool, read below:

Theories of April fool origin

The origins of April Fools' Day are obscure. The most commonly cited theory holds that it dates from 1582, the year France adopted the Gregorian Calendar, which shifted the observance of New Year's Day from the end of March (around the time of the vernal equinox) to the first of January. According to popular lore some folks, out of ignorance, stubbornness, or both, continued to ring in the New Year on April 1 and were made the butt of jokes and pranks on account of their foolishness. This became an annual tradition, according to this version of events, which ultimately spread throughout Europe. A major weakness of the calendar-change theory is that it fails to account for an historical record replete with traditions linking this time of year to merriment and tomfoolery dating all the way back to antiquity. The Romans, for example, celebrated a festival on March 25 called Hilaria, marking the occasion with masquerades and "general good cheer." Holi, the Hindu "festival of colors" observed in early March with "general merrymaking" and the "loosening of social norms," is at least as old. It's not unreasonable to suppose that the calendrical changes of the 16th and 17th centuries served more as an excuse to codify a general spirit of frivolity already associated with the advent of spring than as a direct inspiration for April Fools' Day.

TV/Movies / Exposed: Why FELA ANIKULAPO KUTI Hates Olusegun Obasanjo by JusticeEquity(m): 11:59pm On Mar 31, 2013
I read this interview, It's a very interesting one,
How Femi KUTI described his father as a person who doesn't think of the consequence of his action, how he described Obasanjo as bad leader, how he was beating by his father for smoking, and more..
You should read the full interview at the bottom link.

Fela Anikulapo’s son, Femi, tells OLUFEMI ATOYEBI and GBENGA ADENIJI what people didn’t know about the late Afrobeat musician.

Why do you think Fela hated former President
Olusegun Obasanjo?

Olusegun Obasanjo was a bad leader. He did not do well for Nigeria. He ruled this country three times but has nothing to show for it. They called the soldiers that burnt Kalakuta Republic and killed my grandmother unknown soldiers. The Federal Government is yet to apologise for their action against the Kuti family. Whether they like it or not, Fela was one of the biggest
stars from Africa. As the days go by, people are
beginning to understand the importance of his music.
The Lagos State Government is building a museum in his honour. The family does not have that kind of money to build a museum. It is not the governor’s money but the state government money. But the governor took the decision on behalf of the people. Another museum is also being built Ogun State.Governors are beginning to understand that Kuti’s name cannot be swept under the carpet. The family has done so much for Nigeria and the world. Many people are playing afrobeat style of music today because Fela invented it. Some people are saying he did not start it. But the question is: Who started it and
stood firm using the music creatively? Fela stood for many great things and his contribution to the society cannot be pushed aside.

What are those things you imbibed from your father?
I may not be able to mention them. In the way I deal with people, I am very truthful. If I say I am going to do something, I would do it. But I am more of my mother than my father. My elder sister has more of my father than I do. I am more of a practical person. If I plan to do something, I will think of the consequences. My father would never weigh any decision before executing it. If he planned to go to Dodan Barracks, he would just go there. As for me, I make plans before I do anything. My father would not write a Will. But because I know that I could get killed, I had written my Will a long ago. I know that in a divorce case, my wife could claim one third of my property, so I would not go into wedlock. The most important thing to me right now are my children. Now, I will not play to the gallery. I will not say because people love me, they must come first before my family. Who are my family? My children of course. So, whether you love me or not, I will let you know that my children come before you, take it or leave it. I live this way because I learnt from my father’s life, the decisions he took and thE consequences. When you learn from someone, you don’t have to do what he did. Fela did what he did for his own reasons. I cannot criticise why he did what he did. Also, we must remember the stardom. Nobody was as big as my father. He had over 100 people around him daily when he became a star. I cannot live like that because I don’t want too many people around me. I saw what people did to him. It was too much. I can keep the Afrika Shrine open to everybody but not my house. If you come to my home, you will only see me, my kids and may be my girlfriend. Sometimes, my friends visit but I don’t keep a crowd around for any reason, my father did. I like women but I saw the harassment he went through with 27 wives. It is not that I don’t want 27 wives but I know what will happen because of what happened to my father. I can’t tell a woman that I will be faithful in our relationship. That was part of the problem of my marriage. I cannot be faithful. I will not lie about that. It is not that I cannot be faithful, but I cannot start my relationship by saying I am going to be faithful till death do us part. There are possibilities that if another woman comes and I like her, I cannot give the assurance that I will not have an affair with her. I have no intention whatsoever to bring all of them under one roof. My intention now is to cater for my children and do my job to the best of my ability.

Where were you when soldiers invaded
Kalakuta Republic?

I was coming back from the school when I saw the soldiers. They wanted to arrest me. But I managed to escape through a place called Alagbole behind Kalakuta. I ran and went to pick my younger sister at Mary Magdalene Primary School. We then crossed over the railway and went home.

Is there anything you miss about Fela?

I miss his being a grandfather. I think he would have been a fantastic grandfather. He had already been showing the signs with my sister’s daughter and my son. He died in 1997 and my son was born in 1995. I know that what he was not able to do for us, he would have done for our children if he were still alive
