Please read the refusal letter and My question very well then advise me again.. u must have skipped some info like this VO did

Lol, I didn’t skip anything.. you can go for reconsideration, however you should break it but by bit with a letter explaining why the deposit in her account is irregular and how the interest of a tbill comes in. (ie not monthly), and again make it clear in the letter that your access bank account has your savings and that the Gtb is only a salary account. I hope it turns positive for her this time.

@justwise and experienced members pls help
Good Morning Everyone, based on the issue below, would an application for a reconsideration fly or i just reapply and pray the next VO looks at the document this time.. If anyone has applied for a reconsideration, kindly advise me

To be honest with you, it's not a case of negligence from the VO. There's a lot to say but I will just make it brief. Firstly your mom need to show the VO that she have income which is clearly not the case of your application., instead of having the tbill liquidated she should have rolled it over and since it looks like the investment tenure isn't 90 days which made it impossible for the interest to reflect in the statement she should have just used a certificate of investment from the bank rather than liquidating the funds in Nov last year which made it looked like she staged it. All she needed was to write a letter stating that the investment proceeds comes every 6 months which is verifiable. Secondly you said you are your moms sponsor with only 1k pounds that's too small with the current rate of ticket now that money isn't enough for her two ways ticket. In my opinion I think you applying for reconsideration isn't the issue now, you should explain how your moms tbill works because they didn't see any deposit from her tbill interest., again your access bank doesn't really matter now because your sponsor pledge is way too small given that she has no other income. The VO knows your mom wouldn't use her tbill investment capital to fund a visit to UK.

PLEASE everything is set but my challenge now is tax. As a business owner, you are expected to pay personal income tax.

Now what I intend to state on my application is that

I earn about 2,500,000 annually from my main business.

Like 600,000 from transport

700,000 from property rent

And another 600k from a side business.

This is totalling about 4,400,000 a year. Dividing this by 12 will be about 366,000 a month.

Now I will present property documents, transport documents etc.

Like I said I was in dubai in October last year and can provide details of flight accommodation etc.

However the guy I asked about tax clearance from the state internal revenue, said that if they would work out tax clearance for me based on the figure of about 366k month, then It will cost me up to 700k for the 3 years.

That's impossible for me to do, so he suggests I could just pay something as tax and I will be given receipt of what I paid for last year and not tax clearance. Because the tax clearance will contain details of how much and paid and for what income . But the ordinary receipt will only show that I paid something last year but won't contain details of my income.

So I am wondering if I should just throw in a receipt than going for clearance .

Company account has about 2m now while personal account has about 1.8m. The budget for the trip is 600,000.

PLEASE advice.

What state are you in? I think you should tell that guy that you need a personal tax card from the state revenue office. Usually Lagos has its own personal tax card and it’s valid for 5 years or so. The card is a proof that you’re a tax payer and the good thing is that it doesn’t state how much you paid., the embassy will only verify the authenticity of the card from the issuer.

Good evening house, I strongly believe we are all doing fine.. Please, @Justwise and other well informed ladies and gentlemen in the house. Please I need your help in understanding the application process of the GOV.UK. I am applying online and have filled out the online forms for my spouse and I, of which I registered separate account for both of us, although I have not paid, but the payment section is where I am now for both applications. However, I want to know if I still have to register an account for our 3 months old daughter. I just find it hard to comprehend that I will have to create an email for her in other to register her account, but she is only 3 months old, or can I use my email or that of my wife for her?. As you know the site visa4uk that I used last year which doesn't work anymore, there is a place you can click to apply for someone from your account, but from the new site GOV.UK , there's nothing like that, all that you see is "register an account" or do I have to complete my application and pay before I can get the option to apply for my wife and daughter from my account? Please I really need some help from you guys that knows better in the house. Thank you in advance.

The application is the same process as your previous one, try your old account if you can't log in then open a new one to apply

@Justwise, thank you very much.. I appreciate you more than words. God bless you

Dear justwise, good evening and thank you for the wonderful thing you’re doing here. Please I have a question. I had applied for the UK visit visa with my wife in October 2018 and we were giving 6 months visas each as first timers. We travelled to the UK in November and came back to Nigeria after 15 days. First question is, can I reapply in March before the expiration of the visa which is 25th April? because I plan to travel in May. Secondly, my wife has just put to birth our first child and she is 3 weeks old now, do I need to get a passport for her and apply for her visa too when I’m putting a new application for me and my wife?
Thank you in advance
