Those of you that are always talking about Man of God. Ask your self do u think the things of God are of the senses. You always want to try and reason/comprehend the WORD OF GOD with your human sense. Infact you are not Christains. The fact that you go to church and read d bible is not to say u are a CHRISTIAN. If you are a Christian you would know that u dnt give your Tithes or seeds to "the poor or your parents". ARE U OK!! (Malachi 3:10 - Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine HOUSE, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it). GOD SAYS MY HOUSE NT D POOR (the best thing u can give to the poor is salvation n not your offerring/tithe/seeds. THE TITHE AND FIRST FRUIT BELONGS TO GOD N U ARE TO GIVE IT ONLY IN THE ULTA. THEY BOTH CAME BEFORE THE LAW FOR THOSE WHO THING IT IS FOR THE OLD TESTEMENT. IF ONLY YOU ARE REALLY BORN AGAIN, THE HOLY SPIRIT WOULD HAVE REVEILED THIS THINGS OF THE SPIRIT TO U LONG AGO. SO ASK YOURSELF 2DAY, "AM I REALLY BORN AGAIN" OR AM I FULFILLING SCRIPTURE THE OTHER WAY ROUND, (Matthew 5:10 "Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.)

We all aspire to look good, but while taking care of all other minor issues we often forget to take care of one of the most important thing - our posture. A correct posture is a mandatory requirement for an effective personality. Until and unless you stand tall, sit straight and bow with perfection, confidence does not reflect from your personality. We often think that why someone looks so effective despite not having jaw dropping looks; the answer to it is his/her perfect posture which adds confidence to his persona.

Be Determined To Correct Your Posture
In case, you have ignored your posture for long and are now willing to get back in correct one; do not worry, as there are certain exercises which will help you attain a right posture once again. Though it will be a little painful and difficult for you to abide by your own rules initially, do not lose patience, a little effort will help you stick to the right posture for ever.

What Actually Is A Correct Posture?
Ideally, a correct posture means sitting with your back straight, chest up and out and your belly completely tucked in. Make sure you do not stiff yourself so hard that it becomes a strain for your muscles and bones. Also make sure that the chair you use for a long time is comfortable and gives support to your spine. Try to sit at a go without jerking your body. Likewise, try to stand in the same flow.

Given here are certain exercises to check on your posture:

Cervical Retraction

Take a chair and sit straight, yet comfortably, on it with your feet touching the floor. Now relax for a while and then simply pull your chin straight in without nodding your head up or down. Repeat it few times for correcting your cervical posture.

Shoulder Blade Squeeze
For shoulder blade squeeze, you simply need to sit on a chair with your hands resting on your thighs. Now when you feel at ease, slowly move your shoulders backwards and squeeze your shoulder blades together.

Breastbone Lift
For strengthening your lower trapezius muscles, you must perform a breastbone lift. Simply sit at ease and lift your breastbone few inches higher. Now gently compress your shoulder blades down and together.

Abdominal Pull-In

Abdominal pull-in is the best way to tuck in your bulging belly. It is also one of the easiest exercises. Simply pull your tummy in while inhaling and then exhale gradually at ease. Repeat it as many as times you can on a count of five.

As we all know, once you begin to diet and exercise we can begin losing weight fairly easy. However, shortly after we begin to lose weight we notice that the weight no longer seems to be coming off. In many cases the motivation is now slowly going away.

Many people become discouraged after they are no longer able to notice the visual changes in your body weight. Getting rid of the last few pounds is the most difficult, more or less because of the motivation has deteriorated. It is common for us to feel our accomplishments are enough. If you are truly satisfied with your weight, good for you. For the rest of us, that feel the good enough stage is just because we are no longer motivated in shedding the rest of the unwanted pounds, we need to seriously think about the long term effects of stopping our weight loss regimen at this stage.

One of the issues many individuals are faced with when they settle for less than they initially had set out for is the ability to maintain the weight. Once a person gives up or modifies their original goal it is much easier for them to let go of their goals altogether. This makes it more challenging to get yourself motivated again and stick with it. Remember, it is much easier to give up than to stick it out and achieve all you want.

By not giving up on yourself you will find it much easier to keep the weight off. If you chose to give up on your goal of weight loss early on in your attempt you will find that it is extremely easy to put the previously shed pounds right back on, and in most cases a few extra. The longer you hold to your exercise routine and dieting the easier it is to keep the weight under control.

The longer you are adhering to your diet and exercising the faster it will all become second nature to you. Of course, in the beginning it is easy to start doing what you have set out to do. The hard part is continuing after a few weeks or months. For the most part if you can stick to your routine for six consecutive months you will find it very easy to continue with it.

Some people never actually reach their goal weight, this is because they have reached a plateau. Unless you continue to work out on a regular basis you will not know if you have hit a plateau or if you can continue to mose weight. As long as you continue in eating healthy and exercising you have nothing to lose, just gaining health and energy. Even if you have reached a plateau, you can continue to push the plate a little further and exercise a little more.

Increasing your exercise time and workout itself can help you overcome some of the little hurdles that might be holding you back from your goal weight. Think of your eating habits as well. Many of us do not realize exactly how much we eat on a daily basis. To help you determine if you are taking in too much, start a journal. Record everything you eat and drink. Reflect back on this to determine if you need to make an adjustment.
Increasing you exercise time can be as simple as adding another day of exercising. For example, if you normally workout three days a week, make it four. If you normally do thirty reps make it forty.
