Sorry dear, but simply backup all u have in ur phone Memory into another memory (sd card, flash drive, Computer system etc), go to setting in the phone, select backup and reset, or restor setting or factory reset, whichever that applies with ur type of phone. Follow every instructions (sd card promt Must be NO!) and allow the system to do the rest untill it shuts down and boot again. Goggle play services will automatically be restored when the phone boots. Congrats, on the self Service.
