Travel / Re: Living In Canada/Life As A Canadian Immigrant by kasyula: 8:55pm On Aug 27, 2017 |
Hello everyone, I'm in sort of a dilemma and would like to request for dilucidations to anyone who has ever found themselves in my position. A few months ago I got the French citizenship and was thinking to emigrate to Canada for better work prospects. I do not know anyone in Canada and would like to migrate there for work purposes. In the last six years, I have been working with a company in the electronics sector here in Bordeaux France, making electronic components and assembling them for various industries for automation, command boxes, etc. My work entails assembly, testing, machining of electronic enclosures, soldering, cutting components in high precision with lasers and optical digital cutter, etc. I'm currently unmarried and in order to get a sponsor to employ me, I was thinking of traveling to Canada and job hunt for a while during the Christmas season. (I won't engage in work so that wouldn't be a violation if traveling for tourism with visiting as a priority). Kindly, let me know the best way to proceed and if I should take a shot for it before I start investing on it. PS: In addition to that, I am a Certified Web Developer which I do on the side as a second job. Thanks |
Travel / Re: Italy by kasyula: 3:12pm On Aug 22, 2008 |
I think you must enter first through the schegen country that gives you the visa. After that, you can travell all schegen countries. Go Italy, enjoy Roma. After go through Genoa, and enter southern france by way of Monaco, from there you can enter spain. Good Luck. [tt][/tt] Yap, going to Spain first will raise dubious questions to the immigration. Go to Italy first, abbia un pò di vacanza e poi muoviti e vai in èspana. Così non avrai nessun problemi col l'immigrazione. Saluti, Joe |

It was SAD last month to see what was fished from a woman's vagina at Heathrow. This checks are very vital. |
Travel / Re: I Won 2009 American Visa Lottery (green Card) ! by kasyula: 2:58pm On Aug 22, 2008 |
The fact that you won and have the necessary papers, its all under your own discretion to go to third parties which as far as the US dept of state is concerned, are ILLEGAL and have no prorogative to submit application on behalf of individuals. The instructions are very simple, clear, but very strict. DO NOT SUBMIT TWICE your application is one of the rules. Unfortunately, the dept. of state has a database of all applicants and they do enforce them rules. They state in substance that your application will be rejected if fraud is detected and can deter your future applications. I just dont know what that agency might have done to your personal information. My suggestion is; 1. To proceed on with the forms Kentucky branch sent you, untill you finalise your application without involving third parties. 2. Pray so hard that they do not catch you or the so named organisation doesn't sell your credentials to another person. 3. Do it as quickly as possible because usually a higher number is selected that the usuall number of visas available, as 5,000 will go to the Nicaraguan aggreement. 4. DO NOT bring to attention to the US embassy on what happened [Your submitting twice]. (trust me I've learned so much on this), unless they ask you, let the sleeping dog lie. 5. Dont forget to tell us how it went. 6. Lastly and certainly not the least, cross your fingers, it helps bro. Good luck man. Joe |

Thanks for your reply, I'm having a WORKING HOLIDAY VISA. Unlike the tourist, it allows someone to stay in the UK for a full 2 years, but engaging only in 12 months employment. Thats why I'm asking if I'm obligated to buy it. The fact is I will be travelling to and from Italy whilst in the UK, but then not knowing the exact date I cannot risk spending money on a ticket that will create an hindrance in the future. Thanks once more for the advice. joe |

I'm travelling to the UK and would like to know whether I'm obligated to make a two way ticket. I wil be travelling from Italy, hence I'm chanced to use a low cost airline (Ryanair). As a result, because I have a two year visa, they canot process a ticket with a 2 year validity span. Please lemmie know if it will create a problem for my entry in Heathrow. Thank you, Joe |
