This country situation is Hard for me to talk about. I waz overheard that every president of Govvernor that doesn't Rule very well in his Regime should be allow to repeat the Government post, thiz have to happen because No student that fail a class that should be Promoted or allow to be Promoted, or have u ever heard that " a student fail and allow to be promoted? Think! ....but I think is not done.
