Since when. My advice is that you lock up your data. That is when your application will be resent to PG school. It happened to me also. They have started work on it and turned to yes.

2014/2015 Session begins 21st March. Got this reply from admission officer when I sent a mail asking for some info, including fees:

Hello, 

Kindly note that work is on going on your admission into the Dept of Economics, Faculty of the Social Sciences,University of ibadan,ibadan.Please continue to check your mail box for necessary details on your status.

You may wish to note that the 2014/2015 session will commence on 21 March.The Admissions Office is not in charge of school fees,this will be known to you at the stage of invoice generation.

I have been recommended and it was sent to my mail directly. It also show on my admission status. It is confirmation mail I have been waiting for. So wht am asking you now is that is it d passport that determined the confirmation as for you and as anyone gotten confirmation mail for admission in your department.

Hello, I am in ur shoes too.. I got recommended on 28th January, nothing from them, so last week I went to Pgschool, was told I had passport problem, I was asked 2 go rescan my passport, burn it in2 a cd nd submit to a certain room, which I did.. Though uptill now am yet to get anything from them.. If u av d means, just try and go dre to knw wassup. BTW my dept is English (Literature).

@Mppricelezz, are you saying that is the reason behind them not confirming your recommendation till now. And once they put it for you they will confirm. Also, is there anyone who has been confirmed in your department? Pls just trying to find out cos I went to PG schl 2 weeks ago. They only told me to chill.

Hello pals. Please who knows what is happening in Linguistics department. Since January 28 that I have been recommended, I haven't gotten confirmation mail.
