(1) Buyer & Seller sign and seal contract and exchange the signed copies by electronic mail. The electronic signed copy is considered legally binding and enforceable. (2) Seller will programme the lifting in the Buyer's Name (3) Upon Confirmation of the programming with NNPC/LLOYD'S, Buyer Bank issues STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT (SBLC) to Sellers’s Bank (4) Seller Calls in to the Terminal and loads vessel, prepares all cargo documents in buyers name and sends copies to buyer (5) Seller boards SuperCargo and Inspectors on the loaded vessel in Nigeria waters for Q&Q Inspectionn and the Results released to the Buyer and Seller (6) Payment is made by KTT/SWIFT wire transfer with MT103 directly into the Seller’s and the agents and facilitators/intermediaries nominated bank accounts – as per this SPA - within 24-72 hours after departure to Buyer's Port of Discharge (POD) |

Crude oil buyers wanted. Our procedure is easy and straight forward and we are only interested in serious buyers. No financial commitment is required until Q&Q is done. The following is the basic procedure: - Buyer sends a letter of intent - SPA is sent to buyer for buyer's review and signing - buyer returns signed SPA with super cargo details - seller issues ATB with vessel information - buyer finances the boarding of their super cargo for Q&Q. - after Q&Q, all payments and documents will be dispatched e.t.c. This is a straight forward deal |
