-First ..the senate needs to raise a case of gross misconduct against the president....

-Now, the security efforts taken by the president is by law technically not a gross misconduct....he took efforts.... its just that his efforts are not effective to solve the problem at hand...

-Even if it can be proven as gross misconduct, the Senate president still has to pass the motion of the house to a panel set up specifically to investigate the matter ( trust Me, the investigation can take many months...don't forget that the panel members na we-we

-If the panel finds the president guilty of gross misconduct....the senate president will move the findings of the panel to the justice department ....the Justice arm: another pandoras box


-The justice department/chief justice, which is also the president' s boy will setup a panel of judges to try the president....if he is guilty.. the result will now be taken back to the Senate again for two-thirds of the member of house to agree....


*Note that if any of the steps doesnt fly..

- For example if two thirds of the Senate doesnt agree the first time or the second time

- or the panel setup says they there's no proof of misconduct..

-or the justice arm cant find the president guilty

Sorry, the Impeachment can end uncontestable at that point....

The fact is, the senate president, the justice department, more than two thirds of the house, and the members of the panel that will be set up are all in the pockets of APC/the president...


In short....permit me to say impeaching a sitting president cannot happen in an insane country like nigeria...it is a future impossible transaction...

They are just playing film for us to make us feel they are doing something ...the process is a fraud

you need a court order stating you have SOLE responsibility/custodianship signed by a Judge to reapply for this child and not a cover letter.

Don't submit anything except what ukvi ask you..... Account statement koor.... Police statement niii....

To make it look more genuine go to Nigeria for the sake of your child and get the documents done then reapply

I mentioned it already naaa.... U need just a sole custody document (excluding the divorce part) from the courts if u were never married.... A lawyer can get it for you..a real lawyer, no go collect road side document ooooo....enter high court yourself...

... Make sure u tell them u want the one that is verifiable....Incase UKVI decide to craze

affidavit does not cut it.
...consent letter does not cut it .....
UKVi is clear on this matter ...

U must either present a divorce document issued by the competent court...and the divorce document will have a section addressing the custody of the kid to you the father since or just a sole custody letter Incase u never officially married the kids bio mother


Get this document and reapply... It's not a big issue......oga no near Administrative review if u nor want hypertension

Ukvi what reasonable excuse do u have to delay making a decision on visa application for this long?! Your call center assistants are clueless. Escalations are meaningless and just a way to get ppl to stop calling. I cried myself to sleep last night, I woke up in the worse mood. As I’m typing I can’t stop tears from coming down. All the people around me are sick of hearing about how much I miss my baby. He’s just 1 year old. Is this not wickedness?! Do u even consider people’s mental health? are immigrants so objectified that u don’t see them as people?!

Dependent - Partner and Child Visa, Did Biometric Fri July 28th, 2023 and got NSF emails Tues August 15th 2023 requesting that I send a Police Report within 28days which I sent the following day Aug 16th, 2023. Child also got NSF email too but was blank as nothing was requested I suspect mine trigger his or something but don't really know.

Did paid email on on Aug 21st, 2023 and was told to wait till 15 days for a response. Been waiting. Had I known I would have just attached PCC to the application but I had heard from my people it was optional which made not to get it earlier.

NSF category watin be out faith abeg 😫, what's there the can't be able to verify within 15days , some of my documents will expire soon well is at their custody.

Una sure say this people never forget say them send us NSF 😏😏.

Any one who has made paid calls for NSF 🤷. that Escalation stuff nah that one worst pass , that's why I haven't called them .

Haaaaa....i doubt they can refuse her after approving the visa shaaa....so no fear.... mayb they put another person vignette on ur wife's passport.... ukvi make mistakes alot...im surprised they even detect and recalled the passport from tls......its a good sign joor...
