I have Masters (2) and certifications plus rich experiences and expertise. I would like to ask if there are job sites or anything you can refer or advice me to do for immigration please? I heard the PR route may not favour me because of age. Any advice is well appreciated. Thank you

I have a sister in her 3rd year in a Nigerian university but we want to apply for another bachelors in the US because of the strike. Two years lost. We wrote the SAT and scored above 1500 and want to use this opportunity to change programs to Computer science. People are saying it’s going to be difficult to secure admission and get visa because of age(22years)
We need advice and any assistance please. We want to apply early for next fall or spring (January 2023)
