Lagos2canna: My first refusal was in April (I applied in May) and the second was in September( I applied in August) all this year. Attached is a copy of my first refusal. After applying for the gcsm notes, I found out it was because I didn’t add my mom’s payslips ( I added her as my sponsor)hence the refusal on financial grounds and the second reason which had to do with purpose of visit was because of the reviewer didn’t think I was genuine. I addressed all concerns in the second application and even added more documents. I fleshened up my statement of purpose too. Can I appeal to them since I can defend all the points for my second refusal except that of having strong ties in Canada.

Good morning. I picked up my second rejection letter yesterday' for my study permit application. During my first application, I added that I had an aunty in Canada. But when I applying the second time, I didn’t tick that I had or knew anybody in Canada. I was rejected based on the grounds that that I had ties in Canada. Please what could be wrong? Also, is it possible to send a mail appealing the case. Please find attached my second reasons for the refusal. I have travel history, I have a job, I have parents and ties to Nigeria. I attached a lot of notarized landed property documents. Please I need advise as my school resumes in January. Thank you house!
