Those who have gotten a mail have given a week or two weeks notice period. if you have not gotten a mail, it means you gave 30days notice period. not to worry guys, the mail will drop today and most of you will be taken as ESS instead of ESR....That is gonna be based on your performance as at the last interview.....you can take me for my word

This ESR and ESS consolation is so funny.....But i need to get something clear here, Is it possible you apply for ESR and get ESS?
