Yes woodwork of Steptiles and Metcopo are thesame.. but woodwork of Longspan is different..
Nothing wrong with longspan design.
If your woodwork is meant for Steptiles and Metcopo and later run u can't afford it maybe base on the price u can settle down for longspan.

But if ur woodwork is meant for longspan Aluminium u can't mk use of Metcopo or Steptiles becos of the poline spacing...
Becos the poline spacing are not thesame..

Longspan poline spacing is more wider than Steptiles & Metcopo poline spacing

my fears are from my experience dealing with contractors or artisans in nigeria..most recently was the paraphet contractor i met online(jijg or so)...It took pressure for my friends for him to finish the job..and the job went on for 2 more weeks more than the estimated date of delivery ...I will not even go into how the carpenter ran away with part payment and i had to pay another capernter to finish the wood work...it was horrible experience and the last thing i need now is to go through such again

My name is Kennedy and indigene of Bini from Edo state but residing in Finland,I Bashed into your profile and saw you asking for assistance so that you will able to get the right information and not to a vitim of any form of frudulence,I was in a stage like you my building in sapele road Benin City,when it reached the level of the roofing I almost give up even abandon the buildings because of the kind of nonsense amounts i was hearing from my engineer and others in Edo state,the least amount I heard from them was 3.5m naira just only the roofing sheet although used Gerrard roofing sheet not until I came to meet a guy from Lagos name by Ayyub,he was the person that help me out of that problem,until he sent his men there to take the quotations before I able to felt relief of the shocked of amount I was hearing.

Ayyub is a very correct guy is prices are ok and he promised and delivered.

My is Kennedy, I want to first of all acknowledge God almighty for his infinite mercy upon our life, Thanks you Lord.

Before I met Ayyub,honestly I was really dumbfounded about some of our fellow Nigerians whose aims or motive was to destroyed or cajoled other fellow like them just for their selfish interest, their is work in Nigeria but many cannot get job because of their dubious characters.
If not for God Almighty that directed me to Ayub in the time of my house Roofing maybe I could have just abandon the building because of those who want to reap from where they didn't sow, several Aluminium companies went to take my building roofing measurements but at the end of the day their quotations are so frustrating and tedious very high quotations which was not truth just to cajoled me because I wasn't there myself, not until I met Ayyub who God sent and directed his foreman to went there to measurements the Roofing sqm and send me his own quotations before I able to have hope again that the building will still continues ,others were quoting between 3-4m naira as their last prices but Ayyub and his competence workers did it even less than 2m,with a very good materials, speeding installation with great professionalism they discharged,
Ayyub is one among patrotic, honesty and reliable Nigerians, I must say thanks you so much for your good work and I urge you to continue with this paths of life brother ,the sky will be your limit, I will any day any time recommend you to anyone for Roofing work.
Additional to this , your installers are very straightforward and wonderful people who also think about others like themselves because they met a very bad wood work as the time they got there, But without me been there with them they make sure everything were in good order, The work supposed to take them atleast 3 days but because of the wood work saga they patiently waited for 5 days, I salute their kind job, if not for them that Roofing could have been so messy because of the bad work the Engineer did just to collect my money.

Overall, You are a very honest person, so reliable and so commitment. We will keep the good relationship steady for more good days ahead of us.

Pls,i really need help from my country people,it is about my uncompleted building,though now it is the roofing stage,i want to know from people that know how!
(1)what cost can roof twins, 3bedroom flats(3 rooms,setting room,dinning,kitchen,and 4 toilets into two like this)i want to know the cost of different roofing materials roofing sheet?


(2)how much will it cost to put the ceiling that will complete this flats?

(3)and the cost of doors and sliding window, plumbing and electricity materials cost?
