Travel / Re: USA Visit Visa Part 4 by kenseT: 5:43pm On Jan 31, 2020
I have been to the US twice and the most recent being Dec 2019. And on each visit,i did not spend more than 12 days.
Reason for the proposed multiple trips does not have a strong base. I mean it is just to catch the endless fun in that country.
I work,i am a business owner and my business is the kind that wont let me be away for too long.

fkj950ax:

As many times as you wish and can afford.

But the question is, what is the cause of your multiple repeat trips. Any government authority will like to know.
Then you will be spending more time in the year "visiting" their country than actually living in your base country, so it throws the issue of aren't you working or earning a living to be away that much.

Please,i need people's opinion
How many times can you visit the US in a year without the CBP raising concerns?
I know Europe does not frown at how often you come to their territory . Is this applicable to US too?

Hi. Actually I can’t speak for certainty about this route but some business people on this thread have said they operated this way and some got the visas.
Thanks

@giselle237

Asking for a friend who has a registered business but only a CAC ,company account and personal account to show for it ( no invoices,no waybills,no daily sales book). So i advised him to start making 400K payment from his company account to his personal account with a salary description . I also advised he makes cash withdrawal of 60k ( to count as his monthly expenditure) from the money to leave 340k untouched. He has been at it for the 4th month now. i hope i am not wasting his time?

1. what was the purpose of 2 refusals by France
The information submitted justifying the purpose and condition of the intended stay was not reliable ( on both occasions)
2 how much was in your account balances for those 2 times denied and this current one that was issued??
On the two occasions ,i used 4 bank statements 2 company and 2 personal from four different banks. each with more than 4m closing balance
3 are u self employed or r u an employee??

@giselle237 and other gurus in the house
Trust me, you guys are doing a very great job here. You guys wont know it until you meet of those who have benefited from your ideas. Surely, you will have millions of hugs to go home with
You remember me? let me remind you . I came on Nairaland to look for a way to right the wrongs i made during my previous UK application ( Using names not mine and things). Shortly after i made that post, i decided to flex my muscles a bit.
Gbam! i applied for a schengen visa, gbos! i was refused (my spines almost left body).
Gbam again! i quicky reapplied,Gbos again! i was refused( i started getting dehydrated during sleep).
Damn,I have 4 expired schengen visas and Two US visas what could be happening? I found my way back to Nairaland france visa section but the section is not very detailed like the UK section. I came back here and started reading.
After reading for days ,i compared my previous applications to my recent applications and guess what i found out. The hotel i have been using in my recent applications for a 6 days vacation is about 1,500$ whilst the hotel i used in my previous application costs just 350$. I smiled and said God bless the UK visa section.
Gbam! I reapplied last week Monday, reduced my hotel cost, used turkish airline reservation ( it does not reflect amount to be paid) and i got my visa yesterday.
U guys saved my face o.
Meanwhile oga @justwise and madam @giselle237 abeg make una still reason my matter,i dont want to completely miss out on visiting the UK.

If your friend is running a small scale entrepreneur why dreaming of holiday to the UK?
i called him small scale because i am comparing his size of business to mine but i know for sure he make more than 500k every month from his business

1.How will holiday to the UK help his business?
He just wants to go on vacation not business related

2. How much does he make in a month and how much will that holiday cost him?
His last 8 Days vacation to Kenya and South Africa on a single trip with his fiancee cost him about 1.2m So we are looking at about 800 to 900 for him alone since it is the United Kingdom and might be a bit higher than the African countries he visited.
Reading through this thread,i have come to know that unexplained deposits might land you an automatic refusal. His personal account is what he uses to run his business ( daily deposits of 200K and above and on Mondays it shoots upto 400k to 500k ...reason being accumulated sales during the weekend) How can he explain using his personal account for his business without raising a red flag?
Please advise

Please i need guidance for a friend that wants to apply for a tourist visa.
His Status:
-Not married
-A small scale entrepreneur ( has a registered business name)
-Pays Personal Income Tax ( a mandatory document in his line of business)
-Uses his personal account for both his business/personal expenditures.
-Because it is his business,he doesn't pay himself salary. he just takes money from the account whenever there is an expenses to be made.

Can anyone navigate him through the application,i mean how to present his source of income in the application. Thanks

Oga oooooooooooooooo...
I feel you want to test the efficiency of the system... as you dont mind 10 years ban wey you wan find with your hands and legs.

I don’t see someone with a valid US visa as you say trying to start a mess that could ruin their immigration history... Adonbelieveeeit!

If it’s true, then thy village people are working night shift too

You don't seem to understand me. I want to clear this mess if I can. My worries are centered around the eventuality of these countries sharing Visa application data. See Canada and US ,Canada and Australia, UK and Ireland. Who knows what might happen in the future? staying away is not a problem but what if it happens and that is why I am ready for the ban as long as my passport is not seized and other traveling records not destroyed

If you know you would get into trouble then what are you looking for there? A big case of false representation which they probably didn’t catch that time... Me I don’t understand you

Person see problem carry him two legs dey face there..
.
what if they catch you now and revisit your case? Seize the passport sef and then ban you on top
You can decide to come clean, however chances that they’ll still mete out their sanctions to you is laudably high

@giselle237
Truth be told,if it wld be a temporary ban( even up to10yrs),I really do not mind but if na to seize my passport,Ha! I go get problem o
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by kenseT: 5:14pm On Sep 20, 2019
The truth is that I don't even know nor do i remember the names and dob apportioned to me by the travel agent . I destroyed them all ( the false names and all) immediately I got my first US visa in 2014
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by kenseT: 12:46pm On Sep 20, 2019
@giseelle237.
I wanted to visit UK so much that every information I used ( name and dob included) weren't mine but was refused. Nothing else happened but I also know that I can't apply using my real information now and not get into some trouble .

Hello house,
Please I need help, seeeeerious help! When I was younger ( i mean about 10yrs ago) my desperation to visit my friends in the UK took a better part of me. I made some decisions back then and trust me they are bad ones ( very very bad ones). Used a different name and dob ( travel agent's instructions) I also did biometrics o!.

Aside wanting to visit UK now,my major worries are
1) what would happen if I tender my real information now.( I can't risk my passport seized)

2) if eventually all these countries start sharing visa application data, what would become of my future US,Canada and Schengen applications .
I have a valid US and lots of expired of schengen visas .Aside the sudden urge to visit UK ,I also need to clear my mess.
Please,I need advise.

day 2. sightseeing at the Île de la Cité Island
day 3. Champs-Elysees tour, visit the Arc de Triomph and Grand Palais.
etc

Thanks,editing right away

DAY 3: We plan to take a tour of Champs-Elysees and also use the opportunity to climb to the top of the Arc de Triomph , visit Grand Palais , the Petit Palais museums and treat our taste buds at Café Lenôtre
DAY 4: Do some shopping at Galerie Vivienne or Forum des Halles
Day 5: Visit Luxembourg Gardens, the Paris Catacombs and Montmartre
Day 6: Eiffel tower,Louvre Museum and Pantheon
Day 7: Take a tour of Le Parc des Princes and stadium of the Paris Saint German football club
Day 8: Resting and relaxing by the pool side of the hotel in preparation for our journey back home

Travel / Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by kenseT: 4:54pm On Jun 29, 2019
please i need help,i applied for Canada visa in 2015 and was refused based on misrepresentation. I was given a Fairness letter which i replied to but still ended up getting a refusal ( see image 1)
After reading through this thread and because the refusal letter did not state if i was banned or not, i requested for GCMS notes ( See image 2). I need the house to advise me if this was a 2 years ban,5 years ban or no ban at all.
