Did none of the games work? some games need internet to run the first tym are u sure the games he gave u didn't need internet to run ?
Lastly do u have an external memory card in ur fone? if yes remove it, I found out that it was clashing with ny games n didn't allow them to play ( Maybe a bug in my amigo firmware)

Did your run a titanium backup process before you deleted your power saver apk ? if you didn't you won't see anything there
if you did run a back up, just scroll down the list you will see some back ups with a line crossed over them ( like the image below) look for your power saving apk there and restore it
