I have the same problem myself. I live in USA and have BS in Construction Management with no management experience. Everyone seem discriminative toward people that are not born here. UK probably worst than USA from what I heard. Now,I am I am stuck here. No money to move back to Nigeria. I am willing to work for as FREE myself for any Nigerian Construction Company.
