I was once in this scenario, I lost a dear one few weeks to our wedding and remarried few months after, infact everything falls in that same year and my new wife happens to be who I have never met before. The other day, the police were disturbing the prostitute in Abuja in their business, even the Allen olosho are never giving rest of mind to do their business. This government are so dump to know that these Ladies fill a certain gap in the society. The aftermath of not allowing them to peacefully practice their business together with making it difficult for their client s to easily access them will give this kind of result in the society.

If your kongi is hard, the next place to naturally think of in any sane society, if you're not married or have a sex partner, is to visit these ladies. But what happened, the government has made it difficult for willing buyer and seller to transact their business.

I'm never in anyway in support of rape because it's criminal and senseless and should be melted with capital punishment, but the government should understand how society runs.

The OP's make some point but rubbish the thread with his/her unnecessary pride and ego. HR are the laziest set of people on the employer payroll now a days. There were times in the past and still practice in developed country where the real HR will go to tertiary institutions to beg potential students to come and work for their organization, there at their school they even make enquires about their potentials trait and leadership skills.
