Hi guys, please i would like to know from experience has anyone applied for the post graduate visa on different dates as their dependents and was given? some one told me that if you apply at different times it would be refused, but there is no such thing on the gov.uk website. I mean a family of 4 for example, main applicant and spouse appplies in march and children apply in april all their visas are expiring in may, does it mean they would be refused? It dosent make any sense to me since the applications are done seperately. i just need to confirm from someone who has done it before. 1 Like |

sgtponzihater1: Thank you so much or your response, we do not intend to pay for the COS but to request for it and pay for the visa application fees and NHS or any other fees involved. We believe that their reason for saying they wouldn't be sponsoring for the role is the financial aspect, because they are a global company and are one of those that sponsor skilled workers from other countries. Another concern is why do I need to pay for NHS during PGW visa application when my company provides me with private healthcare? |

Hello guys, thanks for being solution providers on this platform. please I am a student and my husband who is my defendant got a job with a company that sponsor tier 2 visa, but they stated during the interview process that they wont be sponsoring for his role as its not a senior role but would only provide documentation when he wants to renew or apply for postgraduate visa. Our visa is expiring next year and we are thinking of asking the company to provide us with COS while we bear the financial burden of the process, but we are skeptical as we do not know if it is okay to make such request. I just need advice your and opinions, is there anyone that has done this before? Is it a possibility? |

hello people. please i need some answers. when we first got into the uk, we paid our rent 6 months upfront and signed a 6 months tenancy agreement. its one and half month to its expiration and our agent is asking for another upfront payment or we meet the earning criteria for renting the house. My hubby got a job that meets the criteria but would resume within this month, we communicated this to the agent and they are saying we wouldn't pass the referencing because he would still be on probationary period, mind you it is a permanent job that meets the earning criteria. Are they correct? They are now asking for a uk guarantor which we don't have. please does anyone know how we can handle this situation? is there anyway we can rent a guarantor? or should we insist that they go ahead with the referencing when my hubby resumes. i am really confused as we don't have 6 months upfront to pay again and we have no guarantor. |
