What are the NSFS?

Please I need help as I am in total confusion at the moment.
My wife received a conditional offer in March from university of Roehampton, she did her pre-CAS interview, uploaded her documents and we paid the deposit and she was sent an unconditional offer.
So we started the CAS shield where we submitted all the documents requested there including TB and POF.
The progress bar was at 61% when the international admissions team sent another revised conditional letter asking she provides proof of English proficiency, we duly submitted LOR and MOI from her University here in Nigeria (which was what they requested before giving her the unconditional offer) she had 5 in reading in her IELTS and over 6.0 but the school insisted that she needs to provide English test results that meets their requirements.

She did the online test but our Nigerian network messed her up during the writing and it affected her score.

We sent the test result to the school and explained what happened, we tried to rebook the test but the organizers said she can only take it once in 12 months.

But the school insisted that she must provide an English test result.

We got tired of the back and forth and sent a mail to the school on Saturday telling them since we can't meet the English language requirement, she'll like to withdraw her application and request a refund. She's paid £7k deposit already and till today, there's no response to the email and normally, they do reply to their email with 24hrs.

We don't know what's going on.

@duchess90 please I just got below mail but no decision yet on the visa application. Does this mean they will approve the visa application as I have just paid the ihs fee. I didn’t pay during the visa application.

If the payment is not made by 5 WORKING DAYS then your application will be refused. If this is the only reason for refusing your application, you will have to make a new visa application and your visa fees will not be refunded.

It takes alot to be a Soldier but here, an average Nigerian soldier can't even kill a snake. Ordinary untrained boko boys do chase them out of battlefield and they will run and start blaming Government for not providing them with rockets, missiles and nuclear weapons.

Nobody welcomes their child into the world via a Nigerian hospital anymore. Trump should close this loophole, if you give birth in the U.S, that's great but no automatic citizenship. Your child must wait until the age of 21 to apply for citizenship and only if he or she has lived and schooled in the U.S for a combination of 18yrs without any criminal infractions. Our politicians, celebrities and regular Nigerians have exploited this loophole for far too long yet they are first to criticize America and support Russia. I refuse to join the band wagon, I had the opportunity to give birth to my kids in the U.S but gladly refused; they are Nigerians by birth and they will make this country great.
