I have read your post. And so I am here to tell you that the word "Normal" is from the word "norm" aka the the way thing have been done consistently in an environment. What is abnormal today was probably not normal yesterday.

1. You assume that what worked for a few must work for all. But refuse to see the the few are outliers not the norm.

2. Even without watching sexually explicit things you will still have strong urges. That is nature doing its thing. You can fight it, but you will lose one way or the other.
