Docs submitted: passport, pay on arrival hotel, book on hold airline, leave letter, cover letter, travel insurance, dom account in low five figures & naira account worth N2m, previous visas (no UK or US or Canada), covid certificate.

Tried on different browsers and even a new form. You can try for yourself. I’m not the only one complaining. Sent them an email.
