Nigerian Community in Indonesia was thrown into mourning on Thursday, August 3rd 2017 when the lifeless body of a man simply identified as Onyebuchi was found in his apartment few days after his death.

According to Chukwuma who spoke to cfrmagazine.com on Thursday morning, Onyebuchi who hails from Uke in Idemili North L.G.A, Anambra state, was last seen on Sunday, July 30th.

"We saw Buchi few days ago. We were together with his other friends who came from neighbouring town before we all retired to our different apartments.

"After some days he didn't show up as usual but we didn't care much because he used to visit his friends who live nearby. Buchi was living with my guy before he got that apartment. It hasn't been long he parked into that place.

"So, yesterday morning(3rd August) we called him but he wasn't picking up. We called one of his friends he usually stays with but he said he hasn't seen him either.

"We became worried and decided to visit his apartment to know what exactly happened. When we got there, his door was locked and there was this unpleasant smell oozing out from the direction of his room. We quickly called the police.

"When the police arrived, they forced the door open and we saw the already decaying body of my guy with the air-condition still on.

"After examining the place, the police took his corpse away. They have launched an investigation to determine what led to his death," Chukwuma narrates.

Another suspected member of the dreaded Ikorodu cult group, popularly known as  Badoo was almost lynched by angry residents of Irawo, Ikorodu road in Lagos.

The video showed angry residents insisting the suspect must die.

The residents were heard saying they must take laws into their hand because they no longer trust the police again.

The timely intervention of a police officer stopped the angry residents from killing him and burning his remains. As the youths were heard shouting “You Must Die!”

The police officer had to fire some gunshots into the air to disperse the crowd.

Recall that a Lagos based comedian, Chinedu Paul was lynched in Ikorodu on Saturday while returning from a show. The residents mistook him for a badoo member.

Today in Umuahia, the capital city of Abia State, as members of the Indigenous People of Biafra gathered to support their leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Immediately Kanu mounted the podium to address thousands of his supporters, the sun began to dim and suddenly a rainbow appeared as you can see below. The whole crowd erupted with joy and started singing "we are the children of light, we are the chosen generation"

According to majority of them, it was a sign that "heaven is fully aware of their struggle"

On June 6th 2017, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC announced new political parties in the country, which included Advanced People's Democratic Alliance, APDA.

Speaking during a media briefing at his hometown, the APDA interim Chairman in Anambra state, Bar. Obunike Ohaegbu stated that the new political party would be the first to introduce electronic voting in the country during primary election.

"In APDA, the primaries will be conducted through electronic voting. In fact, it's mandatory. We're going to teach the national electoral body, INEC how to do it. With that process, nobody is going to manipulate the system and this will guarantee transparency and ensure public trust and confidence. What that means is that if I'm voting right here in Ukpor, it would be reflecting at the national headquarters Abuja simultaneously, likewise someone who's voting in Bayelsa, Kano, Ogun state etc. APDA is here for total sanitization of the system," he said.

Bar. Ohaegbu also said the party's leadership has unanimously reserved 25% of the positions for the youth. He however advised the youths to shun cyber war and join APDA.

"You see when you go to social media today, most especially Facebook, you'll see how our youths are abusing themselves because of politicians. The irony of the whole drama is that whenever these politicians meet, they'll drink and eat together like family, and these guys probably don't know about it. I'm not sure they even talk to one another in real life and that is very bad. It's high time the youths in Anambra state left their Android phones and joined APDA which has already created a space for them in the system. The party is already structured to consider 25% for youths, 30% for women, 5% for physically challenged and the remaining 40% for conventional politicians.

"Hopefully, with all these and other numerous policies we've already lined up, APDA would be the number one party in the country before 2019 elections," he said

When asked about the relationship between Peter Obi and Makarfi with the party, Bar. Ohaegbu stated that as at this very moment, the former governor of the state, Mr. Peter Obi is not a member of APDA, likewise Ahmed Markarfi, the factional chairman of the People's Democratic Party, PDP.

On how the party would manage the subsequent flag bearers, Bar. Ohaegbu admitted that a flag bearer of any political party is always a problem but that wouldn't be the case of APDA because of the policies they've already lined up, using direct primaries which will allow every registered member of the party to vote, unlike the status quo.

"It is only in APDA that we have Direct Primaries as the only way of electing Party Candidates for elections in Nigeria.

"According to Section 126 of the APDA Constitution, conduct of primaries for elections for all elective positions in the party shall be by direct primaries, through elections where all registered members of the party who are in good financial standings with the regards to the payment of their dues and levies shall be eligible to vote and may freely vote for any aspirant of their choice at the ward level using the electronic open secret ballot system.

"So at the end of the exercise, nobody would cry foul because everything would definitely be very clear," he stated

On restructuring, he said APDA will restructure Nigeria because they believe that if the system is properly structured, the current agitations we're witnessing today won't be there at all.

There was a mild drama in a town, in Nnewi South L.G.A, Anambra State earlier today, June 23rd when a burial ceremony was violently interrupted over several unresolved issues, cfrmagazine.com exclusively reports.

According to an eyewitness, a man, popularly known as "Who Know Man" married two wives but had issues with the first wife before she died 3 years ago.

Because of the existing issues which was not made available to our correspondent, the man refused to bury his first wife and abandoned her in the mortuary.

The deceased(first wife) was still in the mortuary (after 3 years) when the second wife suddenly died.

The man concluded plans to bury the second wife while the other was still in the mortuary. He communicated his decision to the villagers but was strongly opposed by the elders.

They informed him that according to Igbo tradition and custom, he was supposed to bury the first wife who had been in the mortuary since 3 years before dreaming of the latter, but he ignored them all and scheduled the burial ceremony(for the second wife) today, 23rd June 2017.

In what could only be seen in one of the Nollywood movies, the relatives of the first wife led by the elder brother took the man unawares by going to the mortuary, took the deceased(first wife) and stormed the burial ceremony as earlier as 8am to lay their late sister to rest during the lying in state of the second wife.

They(relatives of the first wife) immediately proceeded forcefully to the grave meant to bury the second wife but was strongly opposed by the man and his relations which resulted in a free-for-all fight. One of the coffins was thrown to the floor as you can see in the photos.

When the man saw that the relatives of his first wife would bury her in the grave he already prepared for the latter, he immediately mobilized some people to quickly bury her(second wife) but it was already late as the relatives of the former overpowered them and successfully buried their late sister.

The members of the Nigerian Police force led by DPO, SP Lucky immediately arrived the scene when the fight was at its peak.

The quick intervention of the police averted what could've turned into a communal crisis.

The DPO immediately called the two parties together for peace. In the end, he directed the relatives of the first wife to dig another grave so that the second wife would be buried as well.
