I cannot fault his tactics today. . . . . .He was right on the money with his substitutions.
Enyeama's fault for the 2nd goal but even with that. . . . .Lagerback's smart sub were still good enough for us to win the game.

Amodu has never reached 25% in my books.

I rate Largerback over Amodu also, but why take off one striker for another when we needed a goal?

Lagerback has to take some blame for our lack of progress.

Match against Argentina, I won't blame him as there was no way we could have won it.

Match against Greece, I won't blame him as we went down to 10 men, used two subs because of injury, and Greece scored two lucky goals.

Tonight though, SOME of the blame can be attributed to him.

Why he never started with IMO our best winger defies belief. He opted to go with 433 with two DM's in a match we needed to win I wonder. He should have gone 442 with Odemwingie and Uche on the wing with Yaks and Martins up front.

I question his subs as well. Throughout the match when we needed to score he kept the 2 DM's on the pitch. He should have taken one of them off as it was obvious that we were not pressing, and allowing the Koreans to pressure us due to the lack of creativity that the DM's were offering.

Obasi and his decision making were SHOCKING he would pass when he would shoot and vice versa. He should have brought on Osaze for him.

Finally, as bad as his miss was, Yakubu should not have been taken off for Obinna. We needed a goal FFS why take off a striker for another one?

As I said before, I would not totally blame Largerback as Yakubu and Martins should have buried those chances, but Largerback is not faultless.

And let me state, Amodu deserved the sack after the Africa Cup of Nations.
