Career / Survey: Short Or Long Penis, Which Provides Most Sexual Satisfaction? by kingwalsdinho99: 2:07pm On May 22, 2016 |
The size of a man’s sexual organ, the penis,
may not be the only part of the body that can
determine the ability of a man to sexually
satisfy a woman, a survey by a news Agency
has shown.
While the length of a penis could help in
making sexual intercourse pleasurable in
some persons, that could not be the sole
determinant in assuring pleasures during an
intercourse.
Those who spoke in separate interviews with
NAN in Lagos on Sunday, noted that sexual
satisfaction could depend on the skills and
psychological disposition of both partners.
According to them, there are other parts of
the body that can be exploited to help a
woman to derive pleasures in sexual
intercourse.
These could include fore plays, that play vital
roles in helping a women to reach orgasm.
The respondents believe that reaching
orgasm was a climax during sexual
intercourse between a man and woman.
According to Wordweb, an online dictionary,
orgasm is the moment of the most intense
pleasure in sexual intercourse.
Dr Oriola Idris, a gynaecologist of the White
Waters Hospital, Lagos, said the size of penis
had no physical effect on female sexual
satisfaction.
``Sexual pleasures for the female folks do
not depend on the size of the man's penis. It
depends on a man’s individual skills; we have
seen men who have very long and big penis
and yet unable to perform well in bed.
``Research has shown that men with sexual
skills, but with relatively small sized penis
can also provide good sexual satisfaction to
any lady’’.
Another gynaecologist, Dr Julia Anyanwu said
a woman could derive sexual satisfaction or
reach orgasm from the different erogenous
zones of her body.
``The penis is not the only part of the body
that can help a woman to achieve orgasm. A
woman can achieve orgasm from so many
different sensitive areas of her body.
``The man is expected to work together with
his partner to explore these erogenous
zones.
``So, achieving sexual satisfaction is not only
about the length or width of the penis but
also about what and how you utilise what you
have been endowed with,’’ Anyanwu said.
Dr Kunle Adejumo, an urologist said: ``studies
show that during sexual intercourse, the
width of the penis at the base may be more
stimulating to the clitoris.
``A wide penis may therefore, satisfy a
woman better but then other factors that also
come into play’’.
According to Dr Kelechi Ahuchogu, a
psychologist, the penis is usually seen as the
sign of masculinity in men in different
cultures.
``It is because of this reason that the size of
the penis helps to boost the male
psychology. In sexual plays, a lot of things
come into play; for some woman, the width
matters more than the length.
``Then, emotions, environment, skills and
healthiness contribute to whether there will
be sexual satisfaction or not,’’ Ahuchogu
added.
Mr Dare Odubela, an administrative officer in
a Lagos-based hospital said that posturing
during sexual intercourse had a role to play in
the satisfaction of a woman.
``I believe that posturing during sex has roles
to play in getting a woman to achieve
orgasm’’.
Mr Titus Anozie, a Lagos-based technologist
said: ``sexual intercourse and satisfaction
are more psychological than physical.
``Some people have big penis and do not
know how to use it to provide pleasures to a
woman. Some even end up using the fat size
to hurt their female partners.
``Sometimes it depends on a woman as some
can achieve orgasm by merely looking into
the eyes of a man that they have emotions
for’’.
According to Mrs Ola Badamosi, a Lagos-
based marketing consultant, the size of a
penis is important in deriving sexual
satisfaction.
She said that a small sized penis might not
be able to penetrate deep into a woman to
provide her the required arousal needed for
orgasm to take place.
Another respondent, Mrs Mary Isaac, a 33 –
year-old banker said that a lady's first
experience could also have a lot to play in
deriving sexual pleasures.
``If a lady is deflowered with a small
manhood, she tends to derive her satisfaction
from small penis and not the long sized ones.
``A female that has gone through sexual
abuse can also find sexual intercourse
distasteful. Even, a lady that has had
circumcision may not find pleasures in
having intercourse’’.
This, she notes, can be attributed to the
removal of a vital component of a womans
sexual organ, the clitoris that helps a woman
to acheive full or father sexual pleasures.
A Lagos-based Lawyer, Mr Idowu Martins
said: ``I have a small manhood and I am not
afraid to say it; I am very good in the bed and
that is a fact. My wife enjoys our love
making’’.
A trader, known simply as Mrs Ibrahim said:
``my husband has it long penis but still
unable to make me feel like a woman; I feel
so sad about it.
``He is usually through within two minutes. If
a man has it small and can utilise it, then it’s
okay’’.
Mr Niyi Iyanu, a traditional healthcare
attendant said, having a small penis could
really be a major concern for some men but a
good psychological disposition could
enhance sexual performance.
``He said those who have small penis and
cannot perform well in bed should seek
expert advice from physicians or
psychologists’’.
Mr Olusola Malomo, a dietician at the Massey
Hospital, Lagos suggested that those
deficient in sexual activity could seek for
some foods that could help to boost their
sexual performance.
``Some foods can be beneficial. These are
foods that can enhance sexual performance
because of their components''.
He listed them to include watermelon, garlic,
ginseng, lemon, ginger, avocado pear, oysters,
grain of paradise, alligator pepper and
pomegranate seeds.
As many experts noted, the size of penis may
not satisfy all the sexual desires of a woman,
but appropriate manipulations could prove
successful in fulfilling the sexual desires of a
woman.

Nairaland / General / Tinubu: Why Subsidy Had To Be Removed by kingwalsdinho99: 8:06am On May 20, 2016 |
All Progressives Congress (APC) National
Leader Asiwaju Bola Tinubu yesterday said
the Federal Government’s removal of subsidy
on petrol was necessary and inevitable.
He said a situation where bogus suppliers
were paid huge sums for supplying nothing
while long lines of queues remained was
unsustainable.
Tinubu believes the subsidy regime led to
petroleum products being smuggled to
neighbouring countries while scarcity
persisted.
The consequence, he said, was that as the
price of petrol stayed fixed at a low level,
investors were apprehensive about fixing the
refineries or building others.
According to Tinubu, while the price of fuel
was cheap on paper, there were hidden costs
that made the subsidy regime an expensive
and heavy yoke for the country.
“With dwindling revenue from oil due to the
slump in global oil prices and a dwindling
forex reserve, the country could no longer
live in denial.
“President Muhammadu Buhari, after
carefully weighing the options, decided to do
what is right.
“In an act of courage, he removed the oil
subsidy, thereby freeing the downstream
component of this strategic sector of the
economy from the distortions of price fixing,”
Tinubu said.
The former Lagos State governor said the
President’s decision constituted a major step
toward removing the nightmare of fuel
importation and its attendant hardships,
especially to the foreign reserve condition. |
Nairaland / General / Why It’s Dangerous To Release Dasuki Now, By Fed Govt by kingwalsdinho99: 7:56am On May 20, 2016 |
The Federal Government has explained why
former National Security Adviser (NSA) Col.
Mohammed Sambo Dasuki (rtd) was still
being held by the Department of State
Services (DSS).
It said Dasuki was being held on the ground
of national security, owing to his involvement
in the over $2 billion arms deal and for his
safety.
The government added that with the quantum
of arms and ammunition recovered from
Dasuki’s Abuja home, which he allegedly kept
illegally, there was the general apprehension
that he possesses more, which the state was
yet to discover.
It argued that Dasuki’s detention was
justified based on the intelligence and
security report in the disposal of the nation’s
security agencies and that national security
supersedes individual’s security.
These formed the submission of the lawyer to
the government, T. D. Kabiru, while arguing
the defendant’s case in the suit filed by
Dasuki, before the Community Court of
Justice of the Economic Community of West
African States (ECOWAS), Abuja, challenging
his continued detention.
Kabiru said: “The position of the defence,
which is not controverted by the applicant, is
that the arms and ammunition recovered
during the search is not the only arms and
ammunition in the possession of the
applicant.
“There is fear that he has more. There is
intelligence report that some are yet to be
recovered. That we fear he has more is a
ground to hold him. There are ongoing
investigations, which are revealing fresh
facts concerning him.
“The right of an individual cannot supersede
the security of a country when there is
intelligence report to suspect the conduct of
the individual. The applicant did not deny that
these guns were recovered from his house.
“By Section 3 of the Firearms Act, CAP F28
LFN 2004, Part One of the Schedule thereof
prescribes the arms that cannot be licensed
for individual’s possession. The arms found
in his house fall into this category of
prohibited arms.
“Since they were illegally kept by the
applicant, the deduction is that they were
kept for illegal purposes. The Federal
Republic of Nigeria has justified, with the
evidence it has placed before the court, the
detention of the applicant on ground of his
own safety, and for the safety of other
Nigerians by virtue of the security report
received by the DSS.
“The law permits the DSS to restrict the
movement of even the President, if there is
security or intelligence that his life is at
risk.”
He urged the court not to grant Dasuki’s
prayers on the ground that he failed to
provide evidence on which the court could
act; having allegedly failed to prove that he
met the conditions attached to the bail
granted him by Nigerian courts.
The government called two witnesses, who
are operatives of the DSS as witness.
The first, Williams Obiora, an Assistant
Director, who was led in evidence by Kabiru,
gave details of how his team searched
Dasuki’s house and recovered arms and
ammunition, including cash.
Another DSS operative, Samuel Ogbu, on
Wednesday, while testifying in another case
involving Dasuki, identified items recovered
in the ex-NSA’s house as including: five
Tavor rifles, one Lugar rifle, one micro Uzi
rifle, various categories of ammunition and
cash in both local and foreign currencies.
Ogbu testified in the trial of Dasuki on
charges of unlawful possession of firearms
and ammunition and money laundering before
the Federal High Court, Abuja.
Under cross-examination by Dasuki’s lawyer,
Roberts Emukperuo, he confirmed that Dasuki
had been granted bail by a Nigerian court in
relation to the charge over illegal arms
possession and that he was released.
He said Dasuki’s detention was on the basis
of further intelligence at the disposal of the
DSS.
Obiora said he did not know whether there
was a detention warrant authorising the
applicant’s further detention.
“I am not aware that the applicant requested
for the DSS’ protection. But it is within our
mandate to ensure the protection of every
citizen once we ascertain his life is in danger
or needed to be protected,” he said.
The second defence witness, Alu Agbi, an
expert in weapon handling and training, told
the court that “the calibre of arms and
ammunition found in Dasuki’s house are
prohibited weapons under the nation’s law,
which individuals are not licensed to
possess”.
“I was trained on Uzi rifles. I was also trained
on Tavor assault rifle, manufactured in Israel.
The manufacturers were in Nigeria to train
us.
“The Tavor weapon fires 5.56 by 45
millimetres ammunition. It is capable of firing
810 metres per second to 960 metres by
second in velocity. It is also capable of firing
700 and 1000 rounds of ammunition in a
minute.
“It is a prohibited weapon. These weapons are
prohibited because individuals are not
allowed to possess it, except a staff of the
security agency, who it is assigned to for
assignment purpose, following which they are
returned.
“Tavor has effective range of 500 and 550
metres away from the firer. Uzi is 300
metres. Since they are prohibited weapons,
they are not supposed to be kept by private
individuals. They could use it against the
interest of the state or community,” Agbi
said.
Under cross-examination, he said he saw the
five pieces of Tavor rifles recovered from the
applicant’s house.
He could not say the exact date he trained in
the handling of Tavor, but that it is about five
years back.
When asked by the court, Agbi said he was
not part of the team that recovered the
weapons found in the applicant’s house
He also said the weapons were in the
custody of the DSS.
In his final submission, Emukperuo urged the
court to discountenance the defendant’s
arguments and grant his client’s prayers.
He argued that the defendant has
contradicted itself in arguing that the
applicant did not provide evidence to show
that he has met the bail granted him, having
admitted in another part of its evidence that
the applicant met his bail, was released and
later arrested on new information.
He noted that the reasons given by Obiora
were not about national security as argued by
the defence lawyer.

Nairaland / General / Jonathan Approved Payment Of N400m To Metuh – Okupe by kingwalsdinho99: 8:15pm On May 18, 2016 |
A former Senior Special Assistant on Public
Affairs to ex- President Goodluck Jonathan,
Dr. Doyin Okupe, said on Wednesday that the
ex-president approved the payment of N400
million to Olisa Metuh.
Okupe stated this while testifying in the trial
of Metuh before a Federal High Court in
Abuja.
Metuh, the National Publicity Secretary of the
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), is standing
trial for allegedly receiving N400 million from
Office of the National Security Adviser
(ONSA).
The prosecution claimed that the fund was
collected through the defendant’s company
Destra Investment Limited.
However, the defence witness said the
approval of Metuh’s proposal and immediate
payment of the project fund was given by the
former president in November 2014.
“Sometime in November 2014, some members
of the cabinet and party members were called
for a crucial meeting with the President
where issues of great national importance
were discussed.
“I remember vividly that on that fateful day,
Chief Metuh presented a proposal to the
President immediately after the meeting.
“The President also gave approval for the
payment of N400 million to Metuh,’’ Okupe
said.
Okupe added that the money was to be used
for enhancement of Jonathan’s negative
public perception before the 2015 general
election.
He said as the leader of the PDP and its
presidential candidate, the ex- President
enjoyed tremendous goodwill, saying that
several actions were to support the PDP.
According to Okupe, such goodwill was
demonstrated at the fund raising ceremony
organised at the Presidential Villa, Abuja,
before the election, in which about N21 billion
was raked in.
“I am therefore surprised to hear that the
Office of the National Security Adviser was
used to distribute money for Jonathan’s
presidential campaign.
“However, the President could also use his
tremendous goodwill to source funds to
assist his party or help to execute special
programmes.
“Besides, as the candidate for election, the
President has immense capacity to raise
funds as a candidate. He did not use any
government establishment as his pseudo-
sponsor,’’ the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN)
quoted the former presidential aide as saying
at the hearing. |
Nairaland / General / Dasuki Kept Arms, Ammunitions At Home – Witness by kingwalsdinho99: 8:07pm On May 18, 2016 |
Trial opened on Wednesday in the case
involving a former National Security Adviser,
Sambo Dasuki, with an operative of the
Department of State Security Service (DSS),
Samuel Ogbu, saying the defendant admitted
keeping arms and ammunitions in his private
residence.
Ogbu said although one needs a license from
appropriate quarters to keep arms in the
country, Dasuki failed to produce any license
authorising him to keep the arms and
ammunitions recovered from his house.
Dasuki is standing trial for unlawful
possession of firearms and ammunitions, and
money laundering before the Federal High
Court, Abuja.
Ogbu, who is the first prosecution witness,
told the court how the team he worked with
interviewed Dasuki and obtained statement
from him in the comfort of his home on July
17, 2015.
The witness, led in evidence by Dipo
Okpeseyi (SAN), said a team of DSS
investigators that searched the ex-NSA’s
private home in Asokoro, Abuja, recovered
five Tavor rifles, one Lugar rifle, one micro
Uzi rifle, various categories of ammunitions
and cash in both local and foreign currencies.
He said Dasuki admitted, in his written
statement, that the arms and ammunition
recovered in his house belong to the Office of
the National Security Adviser (ONSA) and
were for the use of his security detail.
He said the ex-NSA promised that the items
would be returned at the end of the day, but
failed to say the day |
Nairaland / General / EFCC Grills Petitioners Against Aregbesola by kingwalsdinho99: 3:18pm On May 18, 2016 |
The Ibadan zonal office of the Economic and
Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)
Wednesday grilled members the Civil
Societies Coalition for the Emancipation of
Osun State (CSCEOS), over the group’s
petition against Osun State Governor, Rauf
Aregbesola, on alleged diversion of federal
allocation to local governments in the state.
The Chairman of the group, Mr. Sulaiman
Adeniyi, was grilled by operatives of the
commission in Ibadan on Tuesday.
It was learnt that Adeniyi and his colleagues
were invited to clarify some grey areas in the
petition.
The human rights group, in its petition to
President Muhammadu Buhari and the EFCC,
had alleged that Aregbesola and his aides
diverted federal allocation meant for the 30
local governments in the state. It also alleged
that most of the projects embarked upon by
the governor on behalf of the councils did not
exist.
Based on the petition, the EFCC, through a
letter signed by the Zonal Head, Ibadan,
Akaninyene Ezima, invited CSCEOS to Ibadan
to clarify some areas in the petition against
the governor.
After his meeting with the EFCC officials in
Ibadan, Adeniyi commended the anti-graft
agency for its ‘credible and unbiased
investigation into the alleged council funds
diversion by Aregbesola from November 2010
to March 2016’.
Adeniyi said that the group was told by an
official of the anti-graft body, Mr. Richard
Adejumo, that the invitation was necessary to
know the authenticity of the petition in the
cause of their investigation.
His words: “I urge the anti-graft commission
to invite all the affected state and local
government officials listed. They include the
immediate past Commissioner for Local
Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Mr.
Kolapo Alimi; Commissioner for Finance and
Economic Planning, Mr. Wale Bolorunduro;
their permanent secretaries; the then
executive secretaries and heads of local
government administration; directors of
finance and directors of works. No section of
the amended 1999 Constitution gives leeway
to any governor to divert the allocations
accrued to the local governments from the
Federation Account through joint account
system. |
