BlackDeutsche:

Yeah I was also pleasantly surprised, barely 3 working days.
Yes it's a scholarship.

Hi black Deutsche, when you went for your interview, did they collect your original passport or you where told you bring it back?

Please let the checklist be your guide. Some questions shouldn't be asked at all because it's funny how persons going for higher degrees can't even understand the requirements. The checklist clearly stated "Handwritten motivation letter " and you come here to ask if it should be typewritten.

Eti binu?
Don't be angry oo...
It's just a question that demands an answer... Anyways it's not for higher degree... Just wanted you know.
No vex. Will check the checklist... Thanks for your reply though.

Good morning house,
Please should the motivation letter to be taken to the embassy be handwritten or typed?
Thanks.

Good afternoon house... As regards those that already booked an appointment and want too confirm if the appointment was actually valid, kindly send the embassy a mail with the following address

(rk-10@lago.auswaertiges-amt.de), and save yourself the stress of panic.
Thanks.

Haaaa....the same thing also happened to me pop.
Network issue then... But got a confirmation via email
Plus kindly help in answering the below question if you know what went wrong.

quote author=BabaEuro post=63684423]Thanks.I booked under "Long term visa(students only) and wasn't too sure it was successful as there was network failure. So I wanted to rebook that same day ,but the system popped up a message that my passport has already been used. Immediately I got a confirmation email for my booking. So I thought it was successful. I take it as a blessing anyway.
Good evening house, I hope you guys won't be angry with this question am about to ask... But I hope I get answers.
I actually booked an appointment date, and thinking I could book another earlier date, I went ahead but I was unable to do date , does it means trying to book another appointment without cancelling the first one, may cause automatic cancellation of the initial appointment.
I have actually done this before I came to Nairaland to ask about this.
I'm scared oo... I don't want the initial appointment to be cancelled because I haven't gotten any other dates.

How I wish, I had gotten an earlier date like December, and how I wish I was to book for student visa... The long term visa for non student is not available for December, and I would have loved to book for December not January... My work is starting February and it's kind of giving me concern... I hope I will still be able to get available dates in december so that I can reschedule

I actually book an appointment for January because there was no appointment available for December as at that time...after checking again, I saw that appointment is available for December, so I want to cancel the January and book for December.
How long will I be able to rebook..I don't want to loose at both ends... But I will be glad if I can reschedule for December

Sure

When did you book the appointment?
I'm asking cause you are supposed to cancel the appointment at least till two days before the date. After that, you can't book appointment until after a few months
