My brother,exactly the same thing happened to me,i found it difficult to believe and people also found it very difficult to believe,the same place you talked about and they are always willing to change the money at higher rate,also they dont normally have an office,they will just take you by the same and tidy up the transaction,I called the guys phone and what he kept saying was 'CEMETRY,MORTUARY' That was when i knew i had been swindled.pls let other people learn from this
