Eko Ile:

He's too dull and incapable of emulating anything because he's visionless and void of credible and sane ideas.
That is not true, and because it's not true makes it unfair, GEJ is docile;yes that is why looting is more pronounced, but he as put more good things in place in his short period than what obasanjo did in 8years.
these are facts you will see if you follow things with open mind.

payoski: A man of God from one MINISTRY that my wife attends asks her to pay #100,000 for house visitation, liberation and deliverance. That while he was praying he saw what happened in our family and my wife confirmed that is true, he man of God now said that danger ahead that we need to act fast by paying the money as soon as possible and obtain our PAYMENT RECEIPT which covers transportation for 7 persons and their salary . But the truth remain that we don’t have this money in question. Transportation from our state to his ministry ground is about #1,350 only, please we needs your good advice please
Let me just tell you the truth, once your wife confirm that what he saw was true and that there is danger ahead that needs to be averted, what you need to do is go to other genuine pastors and tell them the revelation given let them help you pray to avert it, and it will be averted. don't ague with the one that saw the vision; you dont have to pay 100,000 to avert that the bible says freely you receive freely give, gift of vision and praying we receive free from God why must you now pay for it? he/she is only trying to use the vision as an oppotunity to exploit you [note that does not mean the vision is not true] finally i will advice you not to listen to people who just talk without thinking if you ignore the vision and if happens your advisers will not share in it will just be you only.

Why do you guys like comparing people? who acts better? who dress better? this is immaturity;every human being is special therefore have a peculiar way of doing things different from others at thesame time achieve the targeted result.

Ijogz K: Gay Oshi!!! If u get se.xually aroused by ordinary music videos den u av a problem and need medical attention. Even R13 muvees in d USA now have scenes with nudity..

You Berra wake up from the 19th century kinda ideas, people like u are d ones making Naija a backward nation
So people promoting morality and decency are those making Nigeria backward,[when you have children @ 13 expose them to videos that have scenes of nudity so that americans themselves will envy you] am sorry to say this , it's a pity this is how you think.

iamswizz: Even oyedepo kneels before adeboye... The fact that jonathan is the president doesnt mean he cannot kneel before a respected man of God or you want him to kneel before GURU MARHAJI....Tunde bakare is just frustrated.. You say God called you,you have not finished winning souls,na 170 million people you wan lead... Well, maybe you are the one that called God,because i havent seen where a prophet became governor or president in the Bible....
Samuel the prophet was the prophet and the ruler over Israel before Saul was appointed king, besides no king in the bible knelt down before any prophet despite taking counsel from them, the president is a king; what they do is respect one another[even if he wants to kneel before him it should not be openly, just between two of them]Well you can now see........Bakare is right.calling him frustrated in your own thinking is not wrong I suppose, assuming you are a christian;will you call your pastor frustrated? my advice is if you don't understand where someone is talking from put your comment inform of a question so that those who have clearer understanding of the issue can put you through.

thorpido: All u people quoting Lev 19:28,did u really read dat Scripture? It says cuttings in your flesh FOR THE DEAD,nor print any marks upon you.The emphasis is marks and cuttings FOR THE DEAD!If d tattoos are a mark for the dead or for initiation into a cult, then it's a sin.If it's just an art work there is no sin in it.

I'm not a member of Okotie's church and i'm not holding brief for him but I like to search and divide the Word of Truth. This is not about emotions that some people are just expressing here.

I dn't av a tattoo and won't advise anyone to get it either.
You also need to readthrough again;is tattoo not a mark? "NOR PRINT MARKS UPON YOU"

Family / Re: He Beat-up His Elder Sister For His Wife by kooto(m): 12:21pm On Jan 16, 2013
Whichever way you look at it, the sister caused it, her brother tried to prevent her contronting his wife[in his compound] by telling her to go, she must have provoked her brother forcing him to act that way which normally he will never have done, it has shifted to the case of brother and sister. it's unfortunate, and the wife will not be left out of it as all members of the guys family don't like her.hope they can resolve it amicably.

Afam4eva:
All you have to do is to provide proof from the bible to dispute his claim. An act is a sin not just because it doesn't sound right. It has to be backed up with the bible.
LEVITICUS 19V28 dealt with it[Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you; I am the Lord].

Are you making six figure salary? Nigga how dare you say political science is a waste of time to study. i m going to refrain from calling you names, but nigga u re one dumb nigga. Where did you get the notion that the face you read political science you have to be a politician. To go ahead and study Yoruba in the university is not a waste of time either. You don't have the slightiest idea of the advantage of a university degree.
Nigga you so dumb, soo dumb. I mean what were you thinking?

Lexaccord: Hi Nairalanders. I met a girl 8 months ago and everything about us clicked. We. Plan to get marriied next year. However, just to seek the blessings of my spiritual leader. I told him about my girl and after about 2 days he told me that at the latter part of our marriage we will break up. He also said he told 2 other pastors to pray about it and the same is what they are saying. Now friends this made me to observe more and I noticed that my girl does not have such trait. Moreover her last relationship lasted 5 yrs and she never broke up with the guy until he broke her heart. I have resolved and am determined to make sure I do not listen to suuch but my parents are not helping matters especially my Dad, though they like her but the revelation has left them totally spell bound. Kindly advise me friends as my decision will not be friendly to my parents. Thank you all.

I think you should't have told your pastor once you know you have very good advicers here on NL and that what you want to hear is go ahead, as someone said it's your life take responsibility for it,marriage is not a four year thing [as someone mentioned] it's until death do you part.........i pray it works for you.

Jokes Etc / Re: Eggs In A Bottle: How Did This Happen ? (see Pic) by kooto(m): 12:34am On Dec 31, 2012
PalmTree: @ OP, this is very simple, its just similar to how some unscrupulous elements insert a cross in a goya oil bottle. Let me give you an insight...
The base of the bottle was slightly cut and then the eggs were placed in the bottle while it is turned upside down. The base is later glued to the bottle and after few minutes it is returned to its normal position, voila! U have ur jazz.
I just made you a magician. lol
The cross in goya bottle is pure magic, but that of the egg is simple old trick that we use to play with many years back as young boys[not for mischief], this is how it's done. immediately a chicken lays an egg it is very soft it can be moulded or stretched [though very delicately]when air touches it it becomes hard so if you gently put it inthat plastic bottle with that kind of mouth size it will go in easily then becomes hard inside the bottle then it will not be able to comeout will have taken it normal shape, but for a local chicken the egg will enter a smaller bottle mouth, anyone can try this a couple of time and you will get it right.

Guk:

Am sorry, but this is Sad. You do copy and paste & because you have access to former minister; governor and corporate entities, you make unnecessary noise and hype over nothing.
It is sad because i expect the intellect of Nimi to produce something more innovative. I expect Ajumogobia ex Minister of Petroleum resources to back better things. I expect gov fashola to spare his precious time on more serious affairs and i expect the corporate entities that are backing this to use their CSR better.

When are we going to begin to encourage and support the geniuses amongst us who overcome Nepa and all other odd to produce innovative things in nigeria The people behind this monopoly game are already all well/over fed, that copying and pasting a forgotten but existing game should be a shame to their level of intellect undecided
I wonder how you think, I seriously wonder, all this people you mention must be fools to you; that's why you are sorry and sad. I think you are a genius.
