Firstly, the Chef who introduce you to the hotel is your friend and you know he is the end user of product, so should a business owner will suspect the two of you.

You supplied without a duly approved purchase order by the hotel and also not you did not allow the officer in charge of procurement to authorised you to supply but you take instruction to supply from your friend the chef.

When you supplied the store keeper should receive your goods and issued a GRN but you choose to deal with your friend alone

When you have not received payment for the 1st & 2nd supplies, you keep bringing more/

Who acknowledged your invoices.

I am sure who ever that you know (HAVILAH28) that worked for Threearms to collect data is not telling you the truth about his/her salaries.

I personally paid all the nine officers the agreed weekly transport allowance and individual cheques were issued for the final payment, copies of cheques & our bank statement are available for comfirmation.

Threearms is not owing anybody 1kobo in respect the data assignment.
