I applied for study permit together with my spouse, I’m the primary applicant. his medicals was passed same day as mine and eligibility started same day as well. My application have been approved, it’s been over 2 weeks I got PPR but no update on his own yet.
Please is this normal?

And can I send mails to inquire about the update on his application? Since I applied that he will be accompanying me and mine is approved. Though the processing time isn’t up to one month yet.

Please those who applied together as family, how long did it take to get biometrics letter for the family members.

I submitted my application two days ago, I applied together with my spouse,
I’m the primary applicant and my biometrics letter have been sent early yesterday but have not received for my spouse.

Please do they usually send the letter together or how long it took for the spouse or other family members to get the biometrics letter?.

Is it ideal to start sending mails to them now regarding the letter?
