Guys run away from nairabet, they are broke and are struggling to pay out, the earlier you know the better for you. I will give you the reason. I had winnings of up to 700k in my account and made a withdrawal of 500k, later the next day i received an email that my payout was not successful, i called customer service and they told me my bank was not available(GTbank ooo for 2days). Later in the evening while playing inplay, my account suddenly went to negative, i called customer service, they said the games i played two days earlier were cancelled, i checked online and found out that the games was not cancelled. After, further probing, customer service had the audacity to tell me that the games were cancelled at their end because when i placed the bets the games was over( how that is possible, i dont know). I told them since the winnings have been deducted they should return the stakes, up till now they have not. My account went from 700k went to N315

Guys if you are smart just runaway from nairabet now until they get themselves back or else you will have yourself to be blamed. This is very serious

I have been calling, chating, emailing customer service since on the 3rd till the extent i know all the customer service representative names and nothing has been done. Even if the updates is to be done manually, it should have reached my turn. Kai 15days!!!. I rest my case. God dey. Tunjikoyys

Same here. Since October 3rd. Inplay issues, customer service says upgrade, general issues and they are working on it. I believe they are trying their best but its taking long, 2nd week now.

We work on our products everytime. Sometimes people love our changes (like the customer to customer transfer etc) and sometimes people hate it and it backfires.

When that happens, we start working on it to improve which is what I'm doing.

Good morning Mr Akinlabi. Please how many weeks does your bet administrators take to update in-play. I have opened bets since 3rd October and nothing has been done. Your customer service keeps speaking English(exercise patience). Like they don't know it is money that brings money. I am already considering my options of withdrawing my remaining funds and move to bet9ja jejely. We don tire for excuse naa HABA!!!. If the in-play has issues, let us know than keep allowing our money to keep hanging.
