d. The Defence Intelligence Service
e. He/She has been conferred with any National Honour.


From the above, hope you see where akpabio and tinubu are making Nigeria look like a joke. Any citizen can sue her and tinubu and her appointment will be null and void

At the bolded, if she graduated before age 30 then she must go for service, if not immediately, then anytime after.

But if she is above 30 years at the time of graduation, then she should have got an exemption.
