Vote in bad government and deceive yourself with price war forgetting oil prices are declining in the international market.

But our government has been bad all along how come the price wasn't bad as it is today. Moreso, is it not the same international market other countries buy their crude?
How come they are not experiencing same problem?

Travel / Re: What Is My Wife’s Chance Of Canadian Visa Approval? by kunle75(m): 2:24pm On Mar 03
Curtis03360:
My wife was offered an admission last year October and her resumption was scheduled to be September, January and May but she was pregnant then with our first son which she had late last year and now we are thinking of continuing with the process.

I’m worried if the application could still be on and what’s her chances of approval since I believe she now has strong ties with her country back home(family and business) which in my little opinion should make her visa application accepted….

I would appreciate genuine contributions as we are pulling in big resources to make this work.

Hello Mr, this is my true opinion on this post, same thing happened to my friend last year 2024 the wife has 2 kid already and she was able to secure the visa most especially age is on her side.

however,as things stands now only God can fix that home because the wife later informed the hubby that she is not coming back and he should move on even when its obviousthat the hubby is the one footing the bills from Nigeria.

Am not saying this to sow discord or fear in you No, but a reminder that why it is ideal for you to be the one to go on such journey not your madam. This doesn't mean all women are the same but from my personal experience it's pretty hard for women out here, I live in the state and often visit Canada at will and will tell you that Canada isn't smiling at the moment.

I will also advise that you seek to know the current immigration changes regarding international students program in 2025 vis a vis immigration, those has been a subject of debate since last year and I know for a fact that things are changing especially now that US is cracking down on immigrants .God will see you through bro

Romance / Re: Man Covers Ex’s Name With Gun After Breakup (Photos) by kunle75(m): 6:15pm On Feb 27
GistMedia0:
A man’s bold move to erase memories of his ex has set social media abuzz after he covered her name tattoo with a large rifle design. The unnamed man, who had previously inked his ex-girlfriend’s name on his face as a symbol of love, decided to replace it with an image of a firearm following their breakup.

Photos of the dramatic tattoo transformation have since gone viral, with mixed reactions from netizens. While some praised his creativity in reclaiming his body art, others criticized the choice of a weapon as a replacement. "From love to war" cheesy one commenter joked, while another said, "Better a rifle than regretting her name forever."

And these were the officials o, not including the "handbags and "extra cargoes" that will follow them unofficially.

Is that march past event of retired/injured veterans that the Nigerian Minister of defence is calling "significant"?? Ofone!!!

Who do Nigeria like this?? Which kind mumu leaders dey rule that shithole?

They knew what they're doing they weren't pained because of the refusal but because of some of their friends and relatives that has been added as delegate whom the visa officials knew well before hand what was going and beat them to their games. That's why the thing entered them well

Health / Re: Help!!! I Am A 31-Year-Old Struggling With Tramadol Addiction!! by kunle75(m): 5:34am On Jan 30
Ehismarkninetee:
I was introduced to Tramadol in 2015 because I complained to him that I wasn’t lasting long during sex. So he prescribed Tm to me. At first I hated the feeling I just took it because it really helped with the early ejaculation.

Fast forward to 2020; I am now fully attended to this evil, it is now holding me by my neck, choking me . But I cannot seem to let go.
N
Tramadol has taken a lot from me; My pride, my focus, my Looks, my health, my family and most importantly my finances. I have had serious seizures that nearly took my life with my family members as witness. Now they know my situation and they are indeed very disappointed in me.

I had another seizure yesterday but the worst part of it is that it wasn’t only the seizure, I was acting demented with my clothes off. I take nothing less than 1500mg daily.

It has ruined everything because just calculate how much I have to spend for this evil everyday. For example I didn’t miss one last year 2024. It seems am now powerless to this evil. I cannot hustle anymore, I just want to take Tramadol and just lock myself indoors, all my friends have left me behind but am still living with my mum at age 31. Indeed am tired. Am really tired

I need help to stop this. I have prayed, I have tried everything. It’s not working. Please has anyone been in the situation before?? Please help me!!!!!

Let them check you into a good rehabilitation center, depending 9n your location i guess lagos state government have a program of such that cater for people with such addiction. GOD WILL HELP YOU

Lol. Crises looming in US, producers of food say supply will dry up in few days because workers longer go to the farms.

What if the entire world ignore America?

The claims of those farmers are partially true but not all. All they're doing is scare mongering because they have access to an extremely cheap labor through the undocumented immigrants who will accept any inhumane working conditions, just to survive plus tax holiday. However, the economy will fix itself in the longrun because the human resources is available but some of them not
all are lazy due to free government money. All those will stop soon with Donald Trump new policy and people will automatically be forced to go out and work.

Phones / Re: Tiktokers Break Down In Tears After Temporary US Shutdown(photos/video) by kunle75(m): 9:11am On Jan 20
Glimpsetv:
A wave of emotional videos flooded social media, showing TikTok users in tears and experiencing mental breakdowns following a brief shutdown of the platform in the United States. These individuals, many of whom have dedicated significant time and effort to building their presence on TikTok, appeared devastated, reacting as though their worlds were crumbling.

The incident, which caused widespread concern among creators and users, was soon addressed by TikTok and news outlets. According to a CBS News update:

Washington — TikTok began restoring service to users in the United States following a temporary and voluntary shutdown that lasted less than a day. The company said Sunday that it was in the process of reinstating access after President-elect Donald Trump vowed to try to pause the ban by executive order on his first day in office.

In a statement, TikTok expressed gratitude for the resolution:
"We thank President Trump for providing the necessary clarity and assurance to our service providers that they will face no penalties providing TikTok to over 170 million Americans and allowing over 7 million small businesses to thrive," TikTok said in a statement. "It's a strong stand for the First Amendment and against arbitrary censorship. We will work with President Trump on a long-term solution that keeps TikTok in the United States.”

The temporary shutdown served as a stark reminder of the platform's importance to millions of users and its role in supporting small businesses and content creators across the nation.
