I sent them mail last 2 weeks , they replied that my application is still under review that they will make a decision soon but can't tell me that exact time or period...... ever since, I've not heard from them, yesterday, I sent them multiple mails , almost 20 mails, but no reply at all

I think they’re working on it because I received the same message from them as well, then after some days I received ppr. So just wait before the ending of the month you should get your ppr

Yes I did. Eligibility didn’t start yet and the last update was April 19 2023

But you previous apply last year...did you make a second appplication in februray 2023?

I submitted an application December 8 2020 the application is still there until now without a decision.

Then last year may 2022 I submitted another one on the new portal but it was denied in September 2022.

This year February 2023 I submitted another one which was approved yesterday.

It was updated June 1 because I sent them a message and they updated my tracker the second day.

Good morning. I suggest to search for the page on how to go about your biometrics on the Ircc portal. I believe that should help out. I also think a mail regarding this should have been sent to you. Please check your mail including spam. You need to book for a date to do the biometrics at the VFS closest to you..

Well, I didn't ask for refund because I had already gone to do the biometrics. Once you do the payment of $85 and upload the receipt, you will be directed on how to book for your biometrics date. You can write to them with details of the previous biometrics so as to get a feedback from them. But if you don't mind the cost of $85, you can go ahead and redo the biometrics again. Good morning

Good morning..I paid the $85 immediately on Thursday and I uploaded the receipt immediately also and when I checked my account the next day my status changed to ( the additional document you provided has been uploaded) but I am yet to hear anything from them about how to book for my biometric again

I also received this despite having a valid biometrics which expires in 2029. I inquired why I had to do another when I still had a valid one. They responded after about 2weeks that it was a mistake. But before the response came, I had already paid the $85 and even done another biometrics. So, I suggest you get intouch with them to clarify why you need another one. Cheers

Thank you for your response..please did you get a refund after they told you that it was a mistake? They didn’t ask me to go for fingerprints or anything like that they just want me to pay $85 for biometric and upload the receipt

Hello my people. I got a message on my account today to pay for another biometric fee of $85 while I still have my previous biometric valid until 2029 I did biometric in 2019. Please does anyone know what this mean abeg?
