Politics / Why Is Nigeria Problem Eluding Solution? by Lakaye: 10:00am On Sep 27, 2017
There is a bounty of not less than 100000 Naira waiting for anybody that can give one and only one answer that is keeping Nigeria in the underdeveloping sphere. It is only one with many branches.
When the answers from all the people that provide an answer are received, all of us will dissect it in a forum like setting.
The winner will be judged by the juror with wisdom and knowledge.
It is an open challenge to all black people all over the world.
One can enter more than one answer but it is one answer per one entry
The closing date is 31st of December 2017.
An answer will be provided on Nairaland, between March and 31st May 2018.
If you are not part of the solution then you are part of the problem.

Politics / Re: Yoruba Better Off During Regional Govt Says Western Governors. by Lakaye: 11:54am On Jul 25, 2017
I beg to disagree, Ondo province produces the most Cocoa the Western Region used to develop Ikeja and Ibadan Cocoa House. There is nothing to show for it in any of the Ondo city towns and villages in Ondo Province.

The APDA arrowheads are the father of corruption.
They have no love for the nation Nigeria but just their pocket.
It is not the Messiah we need in Nigeria.

Can someone tell me why we are treating those terrorists with babies cloves when they are out to kill, I don't get it.The government releases them from Prison and they go back and started where they left, killing! killing!! killing!!! Enough is enough.
We bought Helicopter to fight terrorism, drones are not expensive for constant surveillance let us station two there for 24 hours 7days a week be ready to be in the sky with a short notice.
Is it possible to put religion sentiment aside and show those marauders that we won't tolerate the killing of the innocent citizen, deal with them decisively, Chikena

What the hell this guy is saying? Is he in Bermuda when Netanyahu was insulting, castigating Nigerians as no fit to exist. I can blame those giving FFK free publicity. It is time to put him in the cooler.

This party is same-old-same-old, we need an all-inclusive party that will not be ethnic base, religious bigotry, no North versus South but plain anyone that want to move the nation forward be you black, green, brown, white but be ethical.

TENANT and LANDLORD MENTALITY
The problem with Nigerian and Nigeria is a tenant and landlord issue, the landlord is the British Government and the tenants are those living in Nigeria. The area calls Nigeria is on lease to the Politician and the Civil Servant, as we are of the opinion that Nigerian lack the culture of maintenance is not a coincident, the inhabitants believe it is not their property, the politician and the civil servants that lease the place are maximizing their returns on the investment. Those in the North are more comfortable dealing with Sudan and the Arab Countries than with those in the southern part of River Niger and Benue, things can only change when we purchase the land area call Nigeria and own it, change the name as done in Ghana then put a referendum for those that want to be part owner not by force.
The hard work of renovation and rebuilding will commence, as it is at present the truth be told nothing will change.
Politics / The Timid Society by Lakaye: 7:59pm On May 24, 2017
Can someone come to my aid?
I've been following events as it unfolds since Independent.
My conclusion is that those living in the contraption called Nigeria are tenants.
The behavior and the attitude of the people are appalling, shows that they have nothing at stake.
Can we ask the owner of the dilapidated home when our lease will be over so as to find a new abode, the place needs complete renovation if the house has to stand.
Is it possible to own the place, all I experienced are timid tenants with no gut?
My faith in Nigeria is very low and hate deceiving myself that there are light at the end of the tunnel which is wishful thinking.
Are you with me, then lets put our religion, ethnicity, and nepotism aside if possible change our names if we have to solve this problem of stagnation.
Jobs/Vacancies / Politics Of Agricultural Output. by Lakaye: 5:58pm On Dec 18, 2016
Nigeria is supposed to be self-sufficient in feeding its teaming population, for over sixty years we are still struggling to put food on our table relying on imports that are sapping out foreign reserves.I will try to be very neutral by not blaming anybody but tell my experience on two area I did try my hand on. I made a good business plan for small scale to medium scale Oil Palm processing to cater for southern oil palm belt, to be double sure that it works as planned I Operated the plant for roughly seven years.
When it was done on me that all my capital was gone, with 25 people on my payroll I went to Agric Bank for help the officer said I do not look like a farmer well dressed with glasses. that was the last straw. I will be brief as many drums of water had passed under the bridge, as a trained Industrial Engineer with hand on experience in vegetable oil production in one of the large oil plant outfit in Nigeria, The company was solvent with the few dedicated workforce that wants Nigeria to succeed, we diversified into Palm Wine bottling and Black soap making that was well received in the society, but when the ugly head of corruption raised its head and do not want to be a party to with my experience and knack to do the right thing I went to Federal Oil Palm that was when I was cautioned by a European CEO that the project I came to Solicit for will not see the light of the day, that is another story. I had Engineering Company caring for repairs of any type in Oil Palm industry, it was doing fine but my Agric company was draining my resources the Agric manager I employed to help manage defrauded the company's workers salary for three months. The problem with Agric in Southern Nigeria is the human factor with everything good on paper but the human element is the drawback. Investors were coming to me for advice, being frank with them on the venture they went into it but regrettedI diversified into Maize cropping, harvested ten metric tons then have to beg the agent in charge to recoup my investment.
The government is doing window dressing as the infrastructure for small and medium scale is not available. If the government is serious about their commitments to be self-sustenance then I am ready to give advice on how to quadruple the small scale output.I can be reached at olast11@gmail.com for further discussion on this issue.

EKITI STATE JOBLESSNESS AND HIGH WAGE BILLS.

I am challenging the governor of Ekiti State on job creation and his staff's wage bills.
Are the people ready to work or interested in fish from the governor instead of asking him to provide them with material to fish? On wages, he should reduce the staff strength to reflect his revenue and increase the internal generating fund as is done in the global market. He should task his communication department to let him know what is happening in other places to see how companies are laying off people. He should put sentiment aside and tell the people the truth.
The President should shout louder about corruption until those corrupt individual returns the looted fund and bury their head in shame. The governor should be on the look out for a webpage that is coming out soon on Nigeria Hall of Shame.
