Thank you for this.

This year

- My major investment was with Farm4me/Viable X. I started with them in January. The journey has been smooth.
- Joined Addy recently after tracking comments about them for 3 months+

My gameplan for next year:

- 50% of my capital in risevest real estate plan. I want to preserve more capital
- 15% with Addy. The monthly returns from Addy will be moved to risevest.
- 35% diversified in Agrictechs: ViableX, peacefulpeaceimportexport, agropartnership. Move my returns to risevest.

My key approach will be never to reinvest returns from HYIP back into HYIP. I hope I stay disciplined with this

Bcpump:
My investment experience this year 2020:
60% capital - low risk
piggy.vest. used to give 10% p.a but now gives 8%p.a. low risk but at least capital is safe.

20% capital- mid risk -
i diversified into about 6 agri techs. lowest 100k, highest 1m. averagely 500k. My experience
Farmcenta- so far so good. payment to be next year
Kenfarms - been my sweetest experience. 2/3 payments gotten. last one due this month
Farmbuddy- they did not pay upon maturity. Still waiting
Agropartnerships - so far so good. payment next year
Agrorite- so far so good. payment next year
Agrilet - so far so good. payment next year

20% capital - high risks -
riseinvest - so far so good. I see my returns on my dashboard and it is doing very good.
the map crmi- i put 1.4 in this very very risky thing. I was lucky to get 2 payments which covered capital. 20% interest made. this was the riskiest thing I did. I will never try it again
MBAF- I joined online in July with minimum 360k so wasn't affected by the no November payments. I have gotten 4/6 payments so far.

Things I'm looking forward to next year-
probably do more of rise invest and other mutual stocks.
steer clear very crazy investments such as themap.
reduce agritech exposure. most of them are now defaulting
switch from mbaF to addyF. same 360k. fx is so risky to stake a lot

Actually, its like this for people who are generally new to investment. Not trying to talk you down though. I respect you.

However, you should learn to invest and forget. Treat investment like an expense, and not like savings. There is always a temptation to check always, but keep it low and focus on your other projects. So work as if you already spent the money, and you need to save up again.

In all fairness to u, For once, i agree with ur first sentence per the above.

In the last 3 months i invested in MBA, my work morale has dropped cos i am always thinking of ROIs n hoping they come early so that i can recover my huge capital i put in.

And now this whole delays. Only collected ROIs twice. Not even sure again of what is happening.

God help us!

This is a nice piece.

I agree with you. HYIP can dampen your investment mindset, and reduce your work enthusiasm. However, for a goal oriented person, side hustle should never be conflicted with the main hustle. Building a strong career is one of the surest ways to financial freedom. No matter how much you diversify your investment, if you do not consciously invest in your self, all your other investments will end up depreciating.

Another thing is never to re-invest returns from HYIP back into HYIP. Its better to put such returns into stocks, eurobonds, real estate, etc. Kindly drop your email, lets connect.

Ponzi can adversely affect your professional career

While MMM was in town, I worked with one of the enviable multinational firms operating in the country: great learning experience, great career path, pay was not bad (but you won't mind having more). It involved spending several weekends and sometimes nights working on one urgent project or the other.

Once MMM came and was paying me more than work did for really doing nothing, it impacted my work ethics. For any professional, your work ethic is a great asset, don't let ponzi damage it. There is working hard, working smart and there is ponzi. Ponzi is not working smart. Dont get it mixed up.

Recently, I needed to used a laptop at work earlier used by an entry level staff at work to retrieve some information. She is just starting out in her career. However, lately there have been lot of complaints about her work ethic not reflecting somebody with a hunger to work for success.

Guess what I saw, when I relaunched the browser: "First Profit Investment". Ponzi, also operating from Rivers State (an apparent hotbed of ponzi), then I understood her recent lukewarm attitude to work. She is probably making more from ponzi (doing nothing) than she earns from working, so she has lost interest in learning at work .

She doesn't realise working is her way of gaining valuable experience and connection that will grow her career for many years after First Profit would have come and gone

I do not expect more excuses. The cost will be too much for them this time.

1. More excuses from MBA (In whatever form)
