I contacted them with the paid email and I got a response that the decision have been made that I should give them 10 business days say if I don’t get my passport within that business days that I should contact them back but to my surprise the process move from DMC to VAC the following day so now I will get my passport on Monday because I used shipping and it’s already on its way.

Am having similar issue atm. Dependants moved to VAC and me as the MA still have my passport at DMC even when decision was made on same day. Kindly give update when you get solution to it.

Nothing to worry about. Your wife and son have their visa based on your student status. Yours is on the way, just got caught up in the system. If your school resumption date is near, send them a paid email to remind them.

Hi, please I want to make enquiry about UK students visa please , i and my family submitted our visa application on 23rd of June and I am the main applicant, my wife got her passport on July 8th and my son on July 13th and both of them were granted visa on the same day 5th of July but me as the main applicant is yet to get my passport, please I hope there’s no problem and please can I contact them?
