 JOB SUMMARY

This job holder is responsible for development of industrial/ commercial customer base, gas & equipment sales and providing gas solutions to different industries.

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Achieve industrial/commercial gas sales as per company targets by identifying industrial/commercial markets, establishing new accounts and organizing frequent sales calls
 Recruitment of Dealers for the sale of Bosch Water Heaters
 Consistent Follow-up on all sales steps – submission of proposal, contract, order, invoice and collection of all payments
 Gain customer acceptance of Bosch Water Heaters by explaining or demonstrating cost-benefit ratios of equipment, overall cost reductions and other key benefits.
 Ensure consistent achievement of agreed sales targets for Bosch Water Heaters
 Provide gas solutions to different industrial applications through techno –commercial offers
 Ensure to lock industrial customers with long term gas supply agreements
 Train customers, channel partners and their staff to deliver value propositions
 Adhere to Contact Plan and timely submission of Reports
 Market mapping and application development
 Track and report competitive activities/general market intelligence
 Set up customer database and update it on regular basis
 Co-ordinate all cross-functional activities between filling plants and channel partners for proper service delivery and ensure customer service standards are not affected
 Work closely with the warehousing/logistics team to ensure proper tracking of cylinder movement
 Comply with HSE and statutory requirements and also ensure compliance at channel partner/customer environments.

JOB SUMMARY


He / She would also ensure the proper maintenance of equipment, in compliance with electrical codes and adherence to safety regulations. He / She assists with electrical system installation, troubleshooting and repairs as needed. He/she plays a supporting role in the development, execution and support of the Company’s policies related to the standardisation of transportation, purchase, maintenance, tracking systems for efficient utilization of these equipments and facilities across plants, warehouses and projects.

A key responsibility of the incumbent is the ability to ensure that equipments and facilities most especially electrical equipments are properly and adequately maintained. Activities include but are not limited to the development and upkeep of the preventative maintenance program, coordination of maintenance scheduling to reduce downtime while maintaining safe work practices, troubleshooting process maintenance issues, and foster a positive and innovative work environment.



The Maintenance Supervisor performs duties in a safe, productive and cost-effective manner while maintaining compliance with health, environmental, and safety issues.



SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Assists his superior in the discharge of his duties to achieve the overall goals of the organisation.
Works with colleagues to design new systems, circuits and devices or develop existing technology.
Candidate is expected to be familiar with the maintenance of electrical systems such as distribution board, electrical panels, Inverters, AVRs and so on.
He / She does electrical system installation, troubleshooting and repair as needed.
Carries out electrical maintenance, repairs and installations on pumps, compressors, generators, etc.
Writes specifications and technical reports;
Ensures that a product will work with devices developed by others, can be made again reliably, and will perform consistently in specified operating environments;
Ensuring safety regulations are met.
Keeping up to date with developments in technologies and regulations.
And any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
