That my passport is ready for collection and it’s at the VAC office in Abuja and it will be delivered by the courier offered by the VAC.

It’s really frustrating. But they stated in the mail that in person collection is not available at the moment. Would they attend to me if I go straight to the vfs to collect the passport?

This is what I am going through right now with Abuja branch paid since last week Monday no update from them up till. I tire oooo

Yes the sent me the courier form which filled and sent it to them alongside my receipt since last week Monday no confirmation from them up till, I have been sending emails to them still no updates. Although, I spoke to one of their representatives yesterday she will forward complain to the Abuja branch up till now no update from them.

Hello everyone
Please I received a mail from VFS that my passport is ready for collection however they don’t accept in person pickup I have to use a courier service. The thing is when I sent my passport to vfs Lagos I paid the 1 way courier fee and sms fee I attached the payment receipt inside my envelope. But I have not received acknowledgment of payment for either services I paid for… I didn’t receive any sms now they the envelope is even in Abuja Vfs and I paid to Lagos Vfs account.

Please what should I do?

I got a message from VSF requesting me to come collect my passport in Abuja and I don’t leave there I paid for courier fee but they haven’t updated me yet and I have been sending emails no one is responding. Please how did you get your passport back?

Goodevening house,please I already got a message from VFS saying my passport is ready for collection.i have paid de sum of #18,710 to the account the provided and I have sent the payment receipt to them.ever since then,no message no email,am just in the dark.can the send it to me even without acknowledging that the have seen de payment receipt

Hi @williamsjay I am currently in the same situation I got an email from VFS requesting me to pay for my collection fee by VFS courier, which I paid and send them a copy with the courier and sms form filled but I haven’t gotten a response from them till now. Please I will like to know how you got your passport back.
