Hello, please does a supporting applicant need to state all his work history for the past ten years in the personal activity post ITA

Not totally true, a lot even with their age left managerial level jobs in Nigeria and started in same level some even more than same level with better pay and quality of life. Age is not a criteria for employment in that part of the world, reason you see someone of age above 45yrs needing a career switching going back to college because he or she knows he would be placed on same employment opportunity scale with someone younger and whoever performs better gets hired unlike Nigeria
