Consider Infinix and Tecno, like the Infinix S4, Tecno Spark 3 Pro Samsung too has new affordable devices, like the Samsung Galaxy a20. |

donbenie: Most Oppo phones use MediaTek processors. Snapdragon 675 is better than MediaTek Helio P70. That why you should not compare Redmi Note 7 with Oppo F11. Redmi Note 7 wins hands down. https://versus.com/en/mediatek-helio-p70-vs-qualcomm-snapdragon-675 Yet the Redmi Note 7 is a cheaper phone. |

So, the only difference between the Oppo F11 and the Oppo F11 Pro is the sliding camera mechanism and storage? Does that justify the price difference? ![]() |

Before giving my two cents, it will be fair to compare the key features of the three devices. Huawei Y9 2019 ![]() 6.5 inches, 1080p Hisilicon Kirin 710 (12 nm) 64 GB, 3 GB RAM Rear camera: Dual 13MP + 2MP Front camera: Dual 16MP + 2MP 4000mAh battery Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 ![]() 6.3 inches, 1080p Qualcomm SDM660 Snapdragon 660 32 GB, 3 GB RAM Rear camera: Dual 48MP + 5MP Front camera: Single 16MP 4000mAh Nokia X6 ![]() 5.8 inches, 1080p Qualcomm SDM636 Snapdragon 636 32 GB, 4 GB RAM Rear camera: Dual 16MP + 5MP Front camera: Single 16MP 3060mAh battery Clearly, this is a very close contest. However, when you consider the price, Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is s clear winner. Price aside, the three smartphones have impressive specs. Your choice should entirely depend on the features you value the most. 7 Likes |

This phone is not really an upgrade of the Infinix Hot 6 and the Infinix Hot 6 Pro. Just the same old stuff with a few tweaks! ![]() |

Samsung has launched three new devices, Samsung Galaxy M10, Samsung Galaxy M20 and Samsung Galaxy M30. Most people here are recommending phones that are beyond your budget, Some are way beyond! ![]() |

There are so many choices, but you are limited to a few brands. You can get a Tecno, Infinix, Huawei or a Nokia. Tecno and Infinix dominate the “below 30,000 Naira” market. You can get yourself the Tecno F3 Pro, Tecno F2 LTE, Tecno Spark 2, Tecno Pouvoir 1, Infinix Smart 2, Huawei Y5 Lite 2018 or the Nokia 2.1. Of all these, The Tecno Spark 2, Infinix Smart 2 and the Huawei Y5 Lite are the most highly recommended. |

From the look of things, Huawei has decided to scramble for the budget market that was dominated by Transsion (Tecno & Infinix) over the past few years. The Y9 2019 is doing so well. The Y5 Lite will no doubt be a popular low budget phone. And then there is the Huawei Y7 Prime 2019. These phones are shaking the African phone market. |

Samsung Galaxy M10 is a nice phone but has nothing outstanding. Samsung has to do more to compete effectively with the likes of Tecno Huawei and Infinix. I don't want to pay more than I should just because a phone is branded "Samsung" 1 Like 1 Share |

You can get yourself a Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus, or add some money and buy Huawei Y9 2019 or Tecno Camon 11 Pro. Would have given you better suggestions if you said which features matter to you the most. Samsung is best if you want longevity. . But in today's world in which phone technology is changing every other month, most of us are not interested in having a phone that lasts for 5 years ![]() 1 Like |

Choose Tecno, you get better specs than you would get from any Samsung mobile phone within your price range. You can get yourself the Tecno Spark 2 Plus or the Tecno Camon 11 if you will be willing to add some money. But If choose to go with Samsung, you can check out the Samsung Galaxy J4. I don't have a lot to say about Gionee. |

I'm not surprised to see the Huawei Y9 201 winning. Anyone who buys a Samsung phone pays 30% of the total cost for the "Samsung" name. These phones should be priced at 70% of their actual price. And I'm sure there are many Chinese brands with phones that beat similarly priced Samsung phones easily in benchmark tests. Even in design. ![]() |

iliyande: Nokia is not Chinese, well, the phones are made in China because it's cheap to make stuff there but the mother company is Finnish. But I wonder why many of us believe Chinese products are of low quality. Yes, there are certain China-based manufacturers that make poor quality phones, but we must also acknowledge that Chinese phone makers like Huawei and Xiaomi have the best phones in the world right now. Tecno's latest phones are also great but some people look down upon them because they are affordable and Chinese ![]() |

First of all, I will start by asking you to forget any perceptions towards any of the two brands. This is because I know many people believe that Nokia mobile phones are better than Tecno mobile phones. Well, I don't believe that. People look down on the latter just because they are more affordable and folks tend to associate price with quality. ![]() Back to your question, It all depends on what matters the most to you. Personally, I would go for Tecno Spark K7 because I get a bigger display and more storage. If battery life and 4G connectivity are more important than the two things I mentioned about the K7, go for the Nokia 2. Performance-wise, I think phones are almost the same. |

Is it Tecno Camon C11 Or just Tecno Camon 11. Asking on behalf of my grandma ![]() |

Xiaomi has already made a 5G phone - Xiaomi Mi Mix 3. |

The Honor 10 is by far superior to the Tecno Camon 11 Pro. The prices of the two phones are not even close. Go for the Honor 10. But this does not mean Huawei phones[/url] are always better than Tecno phones, although they are most of the time ![]() ![]() |

Olodo24: Don't you know that Infinix and Tecno are children of the same company-Transsion Holdings?. This is not a fight.. ![]() 3 Likes |

Tecno Camon 11 is definitely the better phone, there is nothing to compare. |

PhenomenalMorgan: How can these people compare these two phones? They are miles apart. Oppo F9 Pro is by far superior to the Tecno. Did you even take a look at the specs sheet? ![]() |

The obsession with notches will end soon. In fact, we have already moved from the traditional Notches to waterdrop notches (eg. Oppo F9). It's good that Samsung has stayed away from this trendy design that most manufacturers jumped into after the iPhone X was released last year. |
![]() |
There is nothing wrong with buying a Chinese brand. Some of these Chinese phones outperform phones from the "glorious" brand some people are loyal to. The Xiaomi Black Shark was the most powerful phone as per AnTuTu in August 2018, beating Samsung Galaxy S9, LG G7 ThinQ, and others. It was followed closely by OnePlus 6 which is also a Chinese brand. Before forget, Oppo phones - like the F9 are awesome too. |

I'm using the Nokia 5.1 and is and it's awesome, one of the best-designed budget phones. 5.5 1080p tall display, metal body & Gorilla Glass. I would advise anyone to consider Nokia if you want a budget device giving value for money. I don't know much about the more expensive Nokia phones because I have not used them before. |

I believe this obsession with notches will go away within the next few months. Why are phone manufacturers so obsessed with notches? This is the first Infinix phone with a notch. I believe we will get we will see Tecno smartphones with notches soon. I have not seen Samsung phones with this design yet. I don't think Samsung will use it in any of their phones. Oppo has already done it in the Oppo F7 and modified the design a little in the Oppo F9]. I have seen Xiaomi phones with this design too...anyways, as I said, this trend will be gone within the next few months, maybe before the end of 2019. |

Tecno Pouvoir 2 is a fair choice. I wonder why you are even considering Tecno L9 Plus. I think it will be wise for you to choose a "newer" phone. It appears you are more concerned with battery life. If that's the case, just choose the Pouvoir 2. If that's not the case, you can also check out Tecno Spark 2. |
![]() |
Yes, we Know most Tecno phones have MediaTek CPUs, but what's the fuss About Snapdragon? Should we be excited about this phone just because it is powered by Snapdragon 425? Really? ![]() |

Price not indicated & no pictures as well. How much for the Tecno CX? |
![]() |
Infinix Note 5 is no doubt an awesome phone. However, I'm will wait for the Note 5 Pro |

I think The Spark 2 is one of the best budget phones you can buy right now ![]() ![]() |
