Its sad when educated people come into this forum and castigate banks when we have choices. From my experience with banks,one can walk up to the customer care unit and demand explainations for transactions in one's a/cs. If u're not ok u can excalate the matter. I work with Skye bank and i must tell u that charges are for services rendered and are fully automated at month end. This systems are error proned so if u notice anything wrong with the transactions in ur a/c complain and it will be resolved. |

Work with Skye , and we only recruit contract staffs via outsourced services. I only know of 2, Skye Resources and Debs consults.Pls be wise!!! |
