Uninstall it and restart PC. I think that's an MTP driver for mtk devices. They often misbehave...

You can run a Driver Pack (DRP 20xx) while the phone is connected.

Another thing that sometimes work is getting other phone with mtk in it and connect. Once you can read the phone storage, disconnect and try yor phone again.

I Uninstalled it but it's still not showing and it's not working with other phones too.
I would try running the driver pack later

I updated to windows 10 and it no longer recognizes my phone again, I went to the Drivers and it's saying I don't have the drivers for usage,

Try playing those videos on VLC. If they are not still playing and you're certain they played before the upgrade then get back here.

Thanks, it was on vlc that I played it before and after the update, I downloaded a driver for it and it started working.
But I still have issue with my USB connection, anytime I connect it it refuses to show on the system but here's what shows in the drivers place.
It shows the name of the device but it keeps on telling me that driver is unavailable
