The security department of the company is contracted to a third party security outfit.
There are 3 boys and one girl working with the security outfit. The girl was to join some of the company staffs for an outing. One of the manager was hesitant about the girl going so, I asked the girl not to go.
The security boy in question said that the girl must go. I said no, she's not going. He repeated that the girl will go and before I know, he pulled out his phone and called the girl to go meet the manager so that she would be allowed to attend.
That angered me greatly.

I have an issue.
I work as a security guard and as a CSO of the bit.
I find it difficult to give commands without shaky voice. The junior guards are taking advantage of it to disrespect me.
Days ago, one of the guards, a cultist, challanged my command real bad in the presence of other staffs of the organization. I was pained, so pained that the expression on my face was really visible.

Most times, I do not reason in line with others and fitting into communication with boys is another heavy task.
I find it difficult to free up myself around boys and girls.
People take me to be hostile as I rarely speak. They become uncomfortable not knowing the main reason of keeping quite is not knowing what to contribute.
Other times I feel tired when people are talking to me and just find a way to either sleep or stroll out.

I am finding it quite difficult to flow naturally when communicating with women. I've lived with this for a long time but now, I have relocated to a new location where I will have to be visiting my brother in-laws house.
I find it so embarrassing being there and not flowing in their discussion. More embarrassing is when I only call ladies when I want to satisfy my sexual urge.
I was rebuffed by a female friend yesterday who quarried me of calling her only for sex.
