Romance / Why Do Good Girls Get Treated Badly By Guys Afterall?? by lifesabeach: 5:24pm On Jan 22, 2013
I have watched and it seems to me that when a man's woman is the no nonsense type, he sits up and if he must "misbehave" he has to hide ooo as he knows his madam will finish him. She is therefore respected and feared, but when she is what nairalander guys say a woman must be--- respectful, quiet, submissive, etc, they go through such women then dump them after using their heads and exploiting them, taking advantage of their being gentle. IS THAT REALLY WHY MEN WANT "SUBMISSIVE" WOMEN? SO THEY CAN WALK ALL OVER THEM? I need sincere answers please

Religion / Re: 79-year-old Lady Sues Redeemed Church For Noise Pollution by lifesabeach: 2:29pm On Jan 22, 2013
The need to control noise pollution is long overdue. Something needs to be done about it. GOD IS NOT DEAF. SO WHY DO WE CLAIM TO BE WORSHIPING GOD AS IF HE HAS A HEARING PROBLEM meanwhile, it's in the "church and mosque" you find the most irrational, unrealistic, difficult and wicked human beings who love their God they cannot even see more than their fellow human beings that they CAN see angry

Family / Re: Buried Baby Dug Out Alive In Lagos by lifesabeach: 5:15pm On Jan 21, 2013
Nairalander men, maybe she is the VIRGIN gal who you all love so much, who got DEFLOWERED by one of you, and because you all "God forbid!!!", HATE TO MARRY SINGLE MOTHERS/ BABY MAMAS, she did what she had to do to the baby, who would be a reminder of the S*EXUAL ABUSE (or was it R*APE) that ONE OF YOU MEN did to her. Nigerian men should repent.

We are quick to judge this girl (clearly not a woman) and I do not condone what the mother of this baby did but we are too quick to judge women. This baby's mum has a story but we will never hear it... to me, she hoped the child would somehow survive or she wouldn't have buried the child in a little sand. What baby would survive a deep burial in sand?? again, the woman has a story. Let God we all call on, judge...
Health / Re: Nigerian Medical Students To Study Traditional Medicine by lifesabeach: 5:13pm On Jan 21, 2013
Pharmacists already know and study traditional medicine via pharmacognosy in School. Why the sudden interest? Doctors should involve and stop acting superior to registered pharmacists and learn from them

Only in naija movies does a club/ party scene take almost 10 mins, showing people dancing like idiots and drinking. Very unecessary, especially when no story is being told in the scene. undecided Nollywood still has a loooong way to go man! shame its only about the money and there are consumers there bying so the producers cannot care less.
Also, fresh faces will be welcome. Tired of seeing same faces acting different roles in every 5 movies. Tonto the high school student, Tonto the prostitute, Tonto the village girl, Tonto the church girl , then she again is step mother, armed robber, etc yet with the same neck tattoos showing ah ah!!! wetin sef?? Why can't they allow others in na wa ooo.
Even the so called love making scenes look like they are fighting wrestling!!! if you cant do it, leave it out!!!

Family / Re: What Do You Give Your Toddlers For Lunch Pack To School by lifesabeach: 2:42am On Jan 19, 2013
For a toddler, soft mashed foods and fruits work best. Milk based foods like fruit smoothies are also recommended. Make sure they eat breakfast well before leaving and when they get back from school. Toddlers are random nibblers generally. Candy is not food by the way... to avoid jedi-jedi oooo, and avoid too much fried foods. Tastes good but it's bad!!!

I do not give my children (5 and 7 yrs) packaged fruit juice more than 2 times a week...They take water mostly, as I'm trying to avoid training them to develop sweet tooth. When they grow, let them decide for themselves. It's home made popcorn FROM SCRATCH - not microwave brands, home made cookies and cakes, chin chin, buns and puff puff(mix overnight, fry in the A.M) is what they get as snacks. Cereals as snacks are also an option. I make a batch over the weekend. For lunch, its rice or pasta with chicken/beef/fish/beans and steamed vegetables or fresh salads packed seperately, potatoes and eggs, sandwiches and pizza on Fridays as a treat. They must eat yogurt and at least 2 fruits and veg everyday also. It really matters what you give children from when they are young ooo. Being lazy because of my job is not an option. smiley. By the way, they started wacking fufu from 6 months and at the time, i thought my mum-in-law was trying to kill them for me ooo. Now they eat salads without any reservations!! she knew what she was doing cheesy

Interesting how men will kill the woman over and over again instead of trying to find out why she did it in the first place. Yet, when the man cheats, he MUST be forgiven because "it is normal" and if i say all men are dogs, everyone will crucify me for generalizing ooo angry
