I doubt a company like Chevron would conduct offline test for job seekers, and since you didn't apply for it my first guess would be that that is a Phishing attack, by the time you download that offline test you probably would have downloaded a malware, you can also check the senders email address, it would also be fake or something chevron wouldn't use.

Congratulations to everyone who just started their careers with Pwc. Just got an invite for Assessment (technical and aptitude test) for the position of Associate Forensics. I humbly seek advice from anyone and everyone here. What am I to expect, what should I prepare for, etc.

I also got an invite for the assessment though the mail didn't state which position it was for, I applied for several positions and got rejection mail for some of them so I can't really place which position the invite is for as well. Still wondering what sort of questions to expect.

Also, hope you confirmed the receipt of the scanned documents, hope you didn't just scan it and didn't follow up.

They'll call you when there is an opening for AC, just follow up from time to time. Maybe once in two weeks.

Remember that there could be a lot of people ahead of you, and the officials to handle the AC (Managers and Co.) are usually busy too.

Yea after submitting that day I called the HR and I was told it has been noted but I'll still call to make sure they have not forgotten or skipped it. Possibly the can give me a concrete timeframe to expect a call

Which unit dd u choose?.i waited 3months..some waited 11months..some waited 2 weeks..it all depends on if they still need applicants from the unit you chose. Whatever it may be, put a call across to HR and confirm when you may be called?

Apart from CBT and Essay, these are the other stages.

Business Awareness Test (BAT) - Use a PC/Smart Phone.
Documentation - Can be scanned.
Assessment Centre (AC) - Have to be physically present.
Partner Interview (PI) - Have to be physically present.

Each stage is dependent on passing the previous stage and time interval can vary from few days to many weeks.
Hope this helps.

I would have just copied and pasted the whole PDF here but the images won't flow well and I used them to show exactly what to do at each step. Attaching the PDF was not an option because the file is 7.6MB in size (due to the images, I know). But I had to use the (many) images because I wanted no confusion at all for my readers.

I wrote it because I have been asked by a good number of people around me how to download some of those YouTube videos they like and I have had to explain over and over again. Then I thought, how about I writing an ebook and putting it on the internet for free. While I know most of the people that will download it here will be people I do not know, that is still fine with me, because at least someone found it useful.
